She said she pays $600 - $800 per month in state taxes depending on how busy she is, pays $7,000 - $8,000 quarterly to the feds, and just had the local town evaluating / inventorying the value of the dog art on the walls, her scissors and blow dryers last week.
She admitted that she works 60 - 70 hours a week just to tread water.

In short people assume that nothing will change from now till mid terms or that we are slowly descending into economic stagflation.
But reality is that the US is operating from a position of strength and in control when it appears the US looks weak (eg strategic oil reserve depleted).
