This sucks. Platner is my favorite Democrat ever. He is a Nazi, a Communist, a rapist, a marital philanderer, a gay rape fantasizer, an underage-sex-seeker, and a port-o-potty masturbator.

By law if a canditate elected in the primary drops out then their opponent in the general election should run unopposed. This is the peoples choice. Everyone told them he was a nazi piece of shit before the election and they still elected him. They should be forced to live with their mistake. Having a nazi tattoo was fine but being a rapist on top of it was too much? Bullshit. Why bother having a primary election if the party can decide at anytime to switch candidates?

Remember that Tim Ballard had allegations that forced him from a senate race. Completely unfounded & the case was dropped as soon as he stepped away from the race.
It could have happened to Planter too (ie allegations are dropped & no court case is perused).
That said, I am no fan of his socialist leanings & IIRC he was the NAZI tattoo guy. I have zero interest in mob rule (aka democracy). Though if he couldn't be controlled, or if he would have fought to expose human trafficking within our own government, it is reasonable to think he was targeted for this reason.
