One could only hope that a TRUE investigation can be opened in the shooting death of an anti-illegal-immigration judge that got passed over by claiming wife Gabby was shot. Would the investigation discover that a surgery had already been scheduled? Is that just a guess? What was up with her 'miraculous' recovery? Her doctor said it was unprecedented. It sure was.
