The bill is pretty simple. It "dissolves" the independent special district (Reedy Creek) where they have $2B in debt in bonds. The assets and the debt would likely transfer to Orlando.
Either way, it needs to be clearly stated that the debt stays with Disney.

And you are correct to be suspicious, the bill wipes $2B of debt away from Disney and onto Florida government. They need to revise it to keep them liable for paying off their debt.
This legislature is NOT the great thing people here think it is. It wipes $2B of debt off of Disney's books. It needs to be modified to include the fact that they are still on the hook for the debt.
Just so it's clear since it doesn't list it there, this was exactly across party lines (Democrats voting against, republicans voting for). Only two deviations:
Taddeo (Democrat) was a no vote.
Brandes (Republican - Tampa) voted against it but on the principle that it is wiping out $2B of debt off of disney's plate and shouldn't be benefiting them in any way. Which is a fair reason to vote against it.

The other half (nuclear material) was being done at Chernobyl (which Russia seized right away). If they did the work at Chernobyl they'd get plausible concealment from the natural radiation to hide what they were working on.
This steel factory and Chernobyl have resulted in major freakouts by Ukraine. There is got to be something of interest at both of those locations.

Taiwan is primary about one thing: Chip manufacturing (TSMC in particular). Nuking Taiwan doesn't help China in any way. And it doesn't help the deep state in the US either.
If they're going to start a nuclear war, it'll be with Ukraine/Russia, North Korea, or Iran.
It isn't trading higher. It has bounced back to about a 10% loss relative to pre-war. Of course the rapid snap back could turn to the positive but it hasn't happened. No need to spread fake news with exaggerations.

I think Forex allows for USD - RUB trading still. However, you've probably already missed the boat if you were going to jump in (especially by the time you get an account open + transfer money in + complete/validate any KYC they require)
This chart is also misleading. The Ruble took a complete nosedive end of Feb (right when this chart is conveniently cut off). It appears to be sky rocketing back to where it was originally.
Of course if it blasts through the old value, that's a completely different story (and it might).
