I think it goes way beyond that. They will turn them into rental for illegals and other immigrants. As a social worker, I am in several beautiful upscale homes that are rented by a 3 generation family. When I ask who’s working, maybe one person is in a min wage job and the rest comes from someplace like catholic charities or some kind of immigrant program set up through the local housing authority. Then I visit next a family of 5 American citizens who live in a camper where both are working. It’s nauseating.
