I am now being asked to work 65 hrs a week for that same Y pay. Quiet quitting is simply a boundries issue with an abusive work environment. If corporate wants 65hrs work, there needs to be a renegotiation of the pay. The company I work for will not allow a customer to get more hours of service then is paid for, so I respect that position, I do my best to not work more than my 45 hrs.
