If that's an eyeroll emoticon, I'm with you.
While I'm absolutely positive that Trump has body doubles (he'd be a fool to not have a couple in a project like this), I'm going to press a big X for Doubt on the cloning part.
The way to defeat lies is not accomplished by silencing the liar, forcing them into the shadows, but by shining light on them.
Absolutely. All ideas need to be put out there for debate, discussion and mockery, if necessary. Why would anyone want people like that to be able to go back into hiding?
Actually, what got me was that I thought it was Kyle Rittenhouse at first. It's like memes stacked on top of memes!
Meme-ception.
Nice naked man-butt in the top corner. Probably should have shopped that out. Good meme otherwise.
I've seen several threads on my hometown subreddit with panicky people asking where they can get covid test kits, as if they're going to die if they can't get one right now.
Weirdos.
An old high-school friend of mine had a son who decided (as a teenager) that he wanted to be a carpenter. His parents forced him into Computer Science. Not knocking CS or anything, but he had a view of something that he really wanted to do (working with his hands) but he was pushed in a different direction because his parents didn't want their kid working a blue-collar job. Too much like the Poors, dontcha know.
Both parents had dads that worked industrial jobs and that just wasn't good enough, even though it provided them with a really good start in life. I was too polite to inform them that all those degree-holders are going to need someone to fix their houses (or their cars or their plumbing). And the fewer of those tradesmen there are, the higher the $$ will be for their services.
That was the part that gets me - saying that "staying home equals slavery", but then being locked into a job with a schedule and bosses and co-workers that you have to put up with no matter what, is some sort of freedom.
I think one of the few positive benefits of Covid/lockdowns was that more younger women got the chance to experience a homelife that they themselves never had and they liked it so much that they stayed home.
Amen to that. I'm pretty sure Ayn Rand mentioned this as part of the communist agenda in her book "We the Living". She based it on her own experiences in Russia just after the revolution.
It achieved several things: It allowed unbalanced women to get into positions of power (either corporate or govt). These same women would have just been the type of loony who at most would have terrorized their own families and other housewives. Feminism unleashed them on the rest of us.
Secondly, it created dual-income homes, which increased the tax-base which allowed the government to spend spend spend. The extra income also boosted corporate sales.
Thirdly, women having full-time jobs meant kids went into indoctrination centers (daycares, etc) for a large part of the day. The argument was made at the time that "studies had shown" that there would be no damage to children. I think we can see the actual outcome of the process now, after one generation.
And fourth, all of this basically destroyed family structures. Where once kids could depend on their mom being home for them during the day, they now had to compete with "mom's bad day at work". Then mom was made to feel guilty and instead of quitting and staying home with the kiddies, they started spending even more money to buy off their kids. And since mommy wasn't home to cook, and mommy felt bad, kids started getting fed whatever fast food garbage was being pushed by the TV as regular meals rather than the occasional treat. So now their kids were unhealthy, as well - both physically and mentally.
I don't think that the people pushing feminism knew where this was going to go (not enough data back in the 70s/80s), but it's continuing to have long-term negative effects that are highly visible now.
There were changes going on back in the early 70s in high school. A lot of my classes stopped being about teaching the subject and became places where our teachers would "rap" with us about things (so coool, man!). They would waste all kinds of time (we didn't care, we were teenagers) and then just give us good grades anyway.
And then a lot of those teenagers went on to be teachers, probably with the idea that they could skate with the minimum amount of work AND brainwash a bunch of youngsters with whatever numb-headed ideas they had, basically becoming the Cool Teacher themselves.
I'm kind of surprised at people misinterpreting this, as well. Maybe if it was expressed as:
Everyone has a right to speak. No one has the right to force anyone else to listen.
I'm convinced that it's all part of the bad plan. I have an old copy of Adele Davis' "Let's Eat Right to Keep Fit". In it, she talks about experiments that the US Gov was doing on conscientious objectors during WW2, regarding things like B Vitamin intake. It's been known for ~80 years that B vitamin deficiencies cause things like depression, fatigue, insomnia, adult-onset schizophrenia, hair loss etc etc.
Basically, if you look at all the health/mental complaints that people have today, a large part of it can be traced back to lacking these vitamins (and certain minerals like magnesium). If we take the 40000 ft. view, it appears as if the governments of Western nations colluded with the corporations to produce the lowest value foods possible, while decrying or trying to ban things that are actually healthy like butter, meat and milk. It's a win/win situation - the corporations make $$$ and the governments get a populous that is dumbed down, slowed down and sick.
Talked with my SIL recently. She got the first vaxx and the booster. She'd had problems with eczema and asthma since she was a child but had gotten them mostly under control.
Since getting the booster shot, both things have been flaring up badly. She's the only person in the family who will even allude to the vaxx causing her issues. Everyone else just tries to pass their problems off as "long covid".
It's amazing to come in here today and see all the crazy mugshot memes!
Live in the moment. Pray for the best outcome for everyone.
My big question right now is if Biden is being portrayed as a complete senile bumbler and he's been in China's pocket for ages, why hasn't China taken the initiative and invaded Taiwan? Who would stop them?
Everything that's going on just shows the US as being "weak" - useless President, military that looks more like a drag performance, internal squabbling. Why hasn't China taken advantage of the situation?
I have an theory (possibly shared by others) that everything that's happening now is a pageant. This would be similar to "you're watching a movie", with the term movie being an updated concept for modern times.
Theory: Wiser men knew about these cycles and knew that eventually, it was something that was going to happen to a large part of the World. In older times, the Unraveling and Crisis portions involved the killing of a large portion of people through wars, riots etc. What if they figured out a way to go through the process without any bloodshed (or much less of it)? Just have the whole thing play out through the media, Internet etc. Stress levels would be similar, people would still "wake up", all the old messages of hate and war are there - but it's all being acted and directed.
(I haven't even had a full cup of coffee yet, so I'm probably not expressing this fully!)
edit: Didn't Q say something like "Your families are safe"?
Exactly. It's folly to think that one side doesn't have the same sort of "control freaks" that the other side has. Human nature will win out and it's important to be on guard for that.
Probably in the "burn pile" with 1984, Brave New World, etc.
I watched this yesterday and almost started crying, seeing those men wiping their eyes. Music is a really powerful force.
Especially since her next point is that this was a ritualistic human blood sacrifice of the children
So let's go hypothetical here. You (not you, but one of the "elite") are convinced that the only way things go well for you is if you sacrifice a human life to who/whatever on a regular basis. You honestly believe this - that blood must be shed so your highlife can continue.
So for a while you had plenty of access to children because everyone was asleep. But now, people are waking up and noticing things. Your supply lines are being cut. You start to get itchy, thinking that either your good life is going to run out or the Being that you've been sacrificing to is going to want to know where their next "payment" is - much like a Mafia leg-breaker would.
You and your buddies get together and do something like this because you honestly believe that this will work - a mass burnt offering will offset all the bad things that you see coming your way and will protect your lifestyle. It looks like absolute madness to 21st century people outside of it but to them, it's a logical play.
That's a rather niggardly take.
I notice that there's no circle for the emissions that all those cargo-container ships produce. Maybe they should use that for comparison purposes.
Natives in many countries need to figure this out quickly - white Westerners are the only people who give a crap about them and their land issues. If China or whoever wants their land, they will get it. Just ask the Tibetans.
It reminds me of one of my most-hated adages - "Go along to get along!" Even if someone in your family group or social group is doing something bad, everyone is supposed to look the other way, not say anything, "don't rock the boat" etc. It's just been extrapolated out into larger society.
Thanks but no thanks.
Chinese-built cars with chinese-built batteries? What could possibly go wrong?
