Gov. Abbott has the authority to use militias; he just doesn't have the guts...

Under the 10th Amendment:

** "California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas have the power, unrestrained by the Constitution for the United States of America or any law passed by Congress, to use the militia to protect their citizens and borders from the human invasion flowing north. In fact, the individual States, when “actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit delay,” have the constitutional authority, independent of the federal government, to engage in war when necessary." **

I agree with the perception that Gowdy seems to mostly stay in a safe zone; however, that's the same reason I am encouraged by this.

He certainly does not have a reputation of exaggerating or bloviating; and the fact that he used the word "treason" is huge. Assuming that source for his comments is accurate, Gowdy is not going to make those kinds of statements unless he knows there is proof.

They only hide when there is something to hide. I don't believe they're even that afraid of the accusations of spying; my bet is on the other "stuff" under those covers:

(1) Obama for America (Obama’s campaign group) gave $800,000+ to Perkins Coie in 2016. (The law firm responsible for the Steele Dossier)

(2) Allegedly, in prior years, Obama’s “campaign” paid over 5 million to Perkins Coie to keep his IDs sealed.

There are several organized militias in Texas; you can search for info on joining--all have armed divisions. I believe Texas also has its on militia.

Abbott has the authority to use militias per the 10th Amendment; however, at the rate he's going he'll probably try the Boy Scouts, maybe even the Girl Scouts, first.

"California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas have the power, unrestrained by the Constitution for the United States of America or any law passed by Congress, to use the militia to protect their citizens and borders from the human invasion flowing north. In fact, the individual States, when “actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit delay,” have the constitutional authority, independent of the federal government, to engage in war when necessary.”

Also, around Feb or March 2020, a doctor in Texas saved all but three of his COVID positive nursing home patients using HCQ; which means he saved a lot more by stopping the disease. There was nothing else available back then (except ventilators).

Fauci had to have known about it; just like his emails showed that other doctors had contacted him about HCQ being effective. But, he publicly said it didn't work and allowed President Trump to be excoriated over mentioning HCQ. How many nursing home patients have died since then? How many other people would have survived as well?

And now we know... if any other drugs were available to treat COVID, Big Pharma would not have been allowed to develop vaccines on an "emergency" basis, thereby missing the opportunity to make billions.

Other countries are now using both Ivermectin and HCQ, while our own government forbids these drugs for COVID.

The level of corruption around all of this is mind-boggling.

Jail times and big fines for every single person involved in election/voter fraud; no plea deals resulting in probation only.

Not just the big fish--ALL the fish, including the minnows. From the rich & famous and the political stars, to the 18-yr-old working at McDonalds, there must be at least enough punishment, both PAINFUL and PUBLIC, to be a deterrent.

Otherwise, nothing will ever change.

So, you "don't understand the animosity..."?? Here, let me help.

There are millions of ILLEGAL Immigrants already living here; over 80% are on “government assistance” (i.e. “supported by taxpayers”). Thousands upon thousands of babies born here to ILLEGALS are instantly US citizens (14th Amendment bullshit), and we’ll have to pay for them as well… forever.

All states are affected, but border states carry the largest burden. We are forced to educate all their children (at no costs to the Illegals, of course). This includes the massive costs for all the different bilingual teachers required… and since the ILLEGALS Biden is letting in come from over a hundred countries, those expenses are going to be even bigger whoppers.

Our governor has committed an extra 3 billion dollars, just this year alone, to handle this mess; plus, Texas is going to eventually finish building the wall… yeah, the wall that was already paid for, but that POS Biden stopped, which cost taxpayers an additional 2 billion+ for cancelled contracts).

We also have to deal with COVID and many other diseases they bring. Plus, no one ever talks about the extensive crimes by ILLGALS--homicides, assaults, rape and other sexual offenses, kidnappings, drug crimes, robberies, theft, and more; these are not Sunday School teachers crossing the border.

Texas has a border of 1254 miles. Biden stopped the wall construction; opened the border completely; and provides no protection for Texas citizens whatsoever. Over 200,000 ILLEGALS cross our border monthly! The only time Biden has ever shown an ounce of concern was over those racist horses used by Border Patrol; and now he’s cancelled the horses as well.

There is an actual process for LEGAL immigration, as well as work visas; however, that might as well be reserved for Martians. The ILLEGALS cut the line in front of Legal immigrants, who followed the law and came here legally--that's despicable.

Btw, a lot of other states are about to experience ILLEGAL Immigration up close and personal, as Biden is dispersing thousands of them throughout the country.

Respectfully, please do some research before arriving at such an opinion.

You're correct; however, my understanding is each state would only get one vote if the House has to vote for Pres. There are more red states than blue, and it only requires 26 votes to win.

Someone who was really being "whipped" would have stopped laughing and freed his hands of all those take-out meals so he could run a little faster.

Just the media's attempt at persuasion; they know Pence is the only one a Democrat could beat.

That doctor speaks with the determination of a soldier preparing for battle against a dangerous enemy; however, his only bravery is killing defenseless babies.

You’re a real hero, Doc.

Years ago, Dan Bongino said he believed the cover-up of Hillary's personal server/email scandal was not to protect her, but to protect someone else.

Obama's campaign donated almost a million dollars to Perkins Coie, most of it in 2016. This could get very interesting…

Yes--I recall this. In addition to everything else he faced, from every direction, I cannot imagine how deeply it affected President Trump to also realize the disloyalty, and downright betrayal, from so many of those he trusted.

This especially applies to the RINOS, as well as the RNC; many Republicans (national and state) would not have been elected to their positions if not for him.

President Trump’s loyalty and commitment is unwavering; likewise, despite all the chaos and uncertainties since the election, these characteristics are among the many reasons most of us have never wavered in supporting him.

IMO, the thought he would abandon his supporters, or this country as a whole, is inconceivable.

Thank you for posting that interview.

Here are a couple of links for the Right to Try act . If I'm not mistaken, there are clinical trials on both Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine, which would satisfy the basic requirement for the drugs.

The first link is to the PDF (updated as of March, 2021); the second is an analysis from U.S. Pharmacist. I haven't read either in detail, but wanted to get this info to you in case it's a potential option.

"Big Guy, I'm sincerely sorry about my behavior; however, I did make sure all the details on Hunter's laptop (known to the FBI for over a year) were hidden from the public until after the election; and, I helped block any investigations into YOUR involvement, including your 10% commission."

Love ya, Lindsey 😘

Don't forget the multipliers...

Thousands upon thousands of babies born here to ILLEGALS become "brand new" US citizens.

(Courtesy of the Left's favorite--the 14th Amendment)

ILLEGAL Immigration is destroying this country (while taxpayers are forced to pay for it); most ILLEGALS come in through the 1250+ mile border of Texas.

How many more ILLEGALS will cross the border before Governor Abbott acknowledges Biden is not going to protect this country? Abbott previously said he has invoked the 10th Amendment … well, what about THIS part?

*“California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas have the power, unrestrained by the Constitution for the United States of America or any law passed by Congress, to use the militia to protect their citizens and borders from the human invasion flowing north. In fact, the individual States, when “actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit delay,” have the constitutional authority, independent of the federal government, to engage in war when necessary.” *

Does anyone believe for a minute that a “Governor Trump” would have allowed this to drag on so long?? Abbott is now facing a BIG problem--Republican voters have seen what it’s like have a real fighter for their leader… and none of us can “unsee” that.

Good summary. And, two more items (I’m not taking credit for finding the info, as I believe these have been reported here in other posts).

(1) Biden’s “home” schedule:
He has made several trips home to Delaware; and the WH refuses to release any information about his meetings or visitors while there. Are presidents are not required to keep official records from home?? If so, this could indicate he’s intentionally avoiding public knowledge;

**(2) The Cyber Symposium: ** Someone posted a Google search graph showing a huge uptake in searches for that event. While some of the feedback has indicates disappointment—that it was disorganized, or lacking more substance; IMO, the symposium is accomplishing the goal.

I believe Mike’s focus was to reach a large mass of people beyond those like us. We are already “believers”; he needed to get the attention of those who are not keeping up, primarily because everything has been censored; or, they’ve been blanketed with this all being “The Big Lie”.

The various presentations cover a lot of different issues. There are representatives from 48 states. The vast amount of information will at least cause a lot more people to be “suspicious” of the election; will result in public pressure for more forensic audits; and, is already resulting in more heads exploding on the Left.

There are millions of ILLEGALS already living in the US; over 80% are supported by TAXPAYERS. Biden is “illegally” bringing in millions more; **thousands and thousands of babies, born here to ILLEGALS, have instant US citizenship (14th Amendment bullsh*t). ** And now Dems will hand out more citizenships. TAXPAYERS are literally being forced to pay for the takeover and destruction of our country. All RINOS will be voted out!
