I think starlink in ukraine is either a honeypot or the start of internet service that isn't cabal influenced. Probably both tbh. But I will say this: russia has put in effort and work to trying to cut off from the net if need be. But Russia also had shit internet and problems with infrastructure initially theres a book called "How to not network a nation" thats about " How, despite thirty years of effort, Soviet attempts to build a national computer network were undone by socialists who seemed to behave like capitalists." ..rest of the world is a different scenario and shutting down the net is not a matter of just flipping a switch because thats not how any of this works. For the net to drop cellular service would have to drop meaning sats. Not impossible but highly unlikely. I can see a world though where it's under intense surveillance and massively manipulated...because it already is. The beauty of the internet is that its nearly if not impossible to stop. It can be controlled to some extent but it's less about shutting anything off and more about directing traffic and manipulating where that traffic intends to go particularly if that traffic wasn't sure where they wanted to go (search results).
