You have to think bill cosby's defense team was trying to use this as an excuse too. "I will not try to have sex with this woman" as he casually puts 6 elephant tranquilizers into her vodka.

See, I've done a few of those polls and will give the most convoluted answers just to fuck with them (am from canada so I'm not sure if they do federal/local ones or just one). One of the questions asked what I found to be the biggest problem in my city, and I responded that haircuts were far too expensive and didn't help the poorer communities. Apparently the government agreed, and now if you're below a certain income threshhold (I think like under $35k a year) they will pitch in $20 a year per person for it.

A defense is only good if you can score though. If your defense is surrendering 15 points per game, it's useless if your offense can only put up 10.

Yeah, as a detroit fan I have very little sympathy for them. Much like the jets they seem to be all-in on a bad QB and are over-valuing guys from other teams (did they really need to make dj moore their #1?).

From what I've heard there's a rumor going around that KC plans on trading him at the end of the season/replacing him with some combination of mike evans and tj hockenson (the latter being easily available with the vikings doing a "partial rebuild"). Will be interesting to see if they keep following him should he land on a boring team like the bears or titans.

I mean it shouldn't just apply to doctors too and could also apply to most jobs. Imagine if instead of paying a mechanic to fix stuff like flat tires or bad engines, you paid like $400 yearly to make sure your car kept running. Or if instead of adding taxes you only paid the government when everything was fine.

Hence why they should just re-enter the country illegally, as they'd be afforded way more by doing so.

I mean it's a good thing the actors have a union, as they'll help get what they want with little to no problems.

See, I've always been curious about something like that. If you have a silver fork and put it in a shotgun and fire it, would that technically kill a werewolf as a bullet can count as anything fired out of a gun?

You kinda have to think if this did happen places like california would get even more destroyed. Like they were already operating at a massive net loss, but with hollywood gone they'd lose much of the income they did make.

As a mechanic seeing those things makes me laugh quite a bit, especially since they're "supposed" to be safe. Their relative lack of noise, while nice when you're a bachelor trying to bail on someone at 2-3am while they're sleeping, makes them a complete nightmare in parking lots and areas with small children. Although the maintenance is apparently less due to the lack of oil changes, when they do break the costs are often 10-15x more than gas counterparts (replacing the battery costing about $40k alone). Wouldn't call them "scams" per say, just liken them to those seguay things: something that only benefits rich people to buy.

Also using other peoples' money for their own pointless conquests. Ask them to pay for it, and they'd whine about it infringing on their rights and how they already struggle to afford rent and food while spending $500 a month on fucko figures.

I'm under the impression people became too materialistic to the point in which they'd sacrifice anything and everything just for money. People complain of having to work 2-3 jobs and rent being "unaffordable", yet spend $500 a month on those vinyl fucko figure things. They complain about healthcare being unaffordable, yet refuse to get private insurance and do risky stuff like skydiving. It's why the democrats constantly preach about debit reduction and all of that nonsense. When you have no self-worth or common sense, $100 looks rather appealing.

Notice how it's only republicans taking away rights. When democrats want to limit stuff like freedom of speech, or gun ownership, or family income, they aren't "taking away", they're balancing.

Not only that but they push for it to be the focus/their main gimmick. Nowadays when you meet a lefty, they aren't "Ryan the single father and hard worker", it's "Ryan the bisexual furry who enjoys peanut butter rimjobs". If you're using sexual preference to define you, it's because your character is extremely poor.

I wouldn't really call it a fake sport though and more "entertainment". I liken it to american gladiators or the lesser known yet better series pros vs joes, only that the outcomes are rigged far in advance.

Oh, this is happening in wrestling too and it's quite hilarious. (Skip next paragraph if you're familiar with the landscape)

Back in 2017/18 a new wrestling promotion to compete with WWE was created. Known as AEW they chose to bring more of a woke product featuring a TON (talking 50-60) of WWE rejects and people who they had zero interest in ever signing.

There's a wrestler in that AEW company called "nyla rose" who is openly trans and has had a bit of an odd history of sorts. Everytime they book him in a major feud, he's managed to injure his opponent to the point in which they've either had to relinquish their title or miss significant screen time, with the most recent wrestler missing a year after a botched suplex resulted in a broken neck and coming within millimetres of complete paralysis from the neck down. Their management knows this, and has since booked him in a tag team to try and minimize their in-ring time.

One trick I've found is to go outside at least once a day. Even if it's 10 feet to the mailbox, being cooped up in your house can have longterm severe mental and physical issues.
