They’re already complaining. I work in travel and they aren’t adjusting well to having no “help” very well. Also upset over shortened hours in their favorite vacay spots, no drivers, amenities cut down and spa hours limited. I keep a measured tone and keep repeating “many people opted to leave the workforce during the pandemic” like a mantra.

It will take them a year to produce a report attributing blame to the soldiers themselves for one reason or another. They will recommend a command change. Other than that, nothing will happen and the mental health of our military and veterans will be swept under the rug again.
