Not only is it possible, but it’s happened before. If the steal was public knowledge, there would be demands for election reform all over the country, protests that would make BLM look like a small town day parade, all candidates of all parties would be campaigning on securing elections as their key campaign promise, MSM would have no choice but to cover it, you’d see advertisement everywhere about “verifying” your vote this election from different pop-up subsidiary companies, everyone would be discussing who they voted for in 2020 like how people talk about where they were 9/11, defamation lawsuits would be appealed and overturned, etc. It doesn’t feel much different, especially out in these liberal states, the only thing is less people like Biden but if the Dems prop up another candidate like Newsom, and steal again - less people would question it if at all.
That’s not all possible outcomes though. It could happen again like 2020 and no public reaction/outcry. Not only is it a possible outcome, but an outcome that has happened before.
