I think one weakness of many evangelical churches is they don't have a set scripture reading schedule, so people often get less exposure to the four gospels. People in older style churches like Lutheran/Catholic/ect, despite their faults, get exposed to Jesus vs the unbelieving Jews every 3rd or 4th Sunday.
