It’s typically all the same criminals committing the crimes. That’s how Giuliani cleaned up New York. Take their antifa pieces off the board as they riot and pretty soon they’ll have no one left to intimidate politicians with.

I know the last plan had this in it and it wouldn’t surprise me in the least. How has this not been challenged yet especially after flying in the face of the last Supreme Court ruling…

I feel like they’re just trying to overwhelm the justice system with all the crap they’re pulling.

There are studies that show higher salt intake correlates with longer life expectancy.

They always bring up “like the flu”.

I heard a quip about why the flu numbers were essentially non-existant in 2021-2022 in that “oh, they were so busy with covid they forgot to release it”.

I can now entertain the theory that the flu is a bioweapon released yearly, possibly as its sole purpose to sell flu vaccines.

My county in NC votes blue in just about every election. My county in NC also has the most republicans voters in the state.

Just because a few people are raging against Biden in an area that “voted” For him doesn’t mean they personally did.

Also, knowing the democrats, they will probably remove those whose houses burned down from the voter rolls because it’s no longer their residence.

Need to get aggressive with lawsuits in the beginning. There is no state of emergency anymore to support these measures, not like it matters to communists.

I agree. He seems too tied to WEF (not just young global leaders but grants as well) and he doesnt seem sincere. It would be all to easy for the cabal to put forth a bunch of different “RINO” options then just go with the one polling the best with the MAGA crowd. Similar to how hedge funds offer products, create dozens of funds then only advertise the ones that get good returns.

Also, I absolutely hate the line “I would have done things differently” as if how Trump did things matters to the DOJ, they would indict him anyway.

My point about the not having any weight was in terms of if it’s the truth, not what argued In the court of law. Kemp is intentionally conflating the two to deceive the public and its the truck they’ve been using for the 2020 election fraud; prevent court cases from admitting legal evidence then claim no evidence exists, implying it never happened.

Your second point is interesting. Throughout the indictment they use Trump “illegally” did this and “illegally” did that when describing legal actions. Curious if that would constitute that fraud you mentioned. But as weve seen with the courts, they will make their determination then figure out a way to word it to “justify” their conclusion.

Just musings from a citizen with no law background.

Doesn’t that fact that there’s disagreement in the establishment of the contract negate the contract in the first place i.e. meeting of the minds?

So all this talk about nothing having any weight until testified under oath, are prosecutors under oath when they make claims against the defendent or make false statements in the court of law?

Can bitcoin be confiscated? yes.

Can it? I have not heard of a single case of confiscated bitcoin from a cold wallet where they key was not compromised. Not your wallet, not your coin. A single case of this makes bitcoin worthless in my view.

Now trying to do transactions without power or internet, i haven’t hearda reasonable rebuttal to that one

Bitcoin and gold seem to fit different SHTF situations. Outside of that bitcoin seems to be a gamble, gold a more stable investment.

They seem to be making an attempt to prevent President Trump from doing any campaigning in 2024. Theyre scheduling these trials back to back to back.

Also, i thought this was the case where every Fulton county judge was recused from?

I’m probably near you, and yeah I’m not saying it’s cold out or anything. But the MSM is pushing the “hottest summer ever” narrative and my neighbors are buying it usually until i mention we havent had a single 100F day this summer…then they change the subject.

We have yet to have a 100 degree day in central NC, so they have to rely on heat index to spread fear.

The “FDA” didnt tweet this, an individual did. All emails regarding the discussion of this tweet need to be released and those in the agency that called for this tweet and overregulation need to be held accountable.

No more hiding behind “The FDA” did this.

I remember there were some specifics the judge raised that the doj and hunters lawyers had to agree to and they didn’t at the time. The immunity was written in a way that gave Hunter total immunity but the DoJ, when responding to the judge questioning it, didnt want to verbally agree to that. So the judge ordered them to get on the same page last i heard.

2
LessSwampMoreMAGA 2 points ago +2 / -0

So does this mean Hunter is not getting his immunity from the plea deal and he’s going to trial on those misdemeanors?

The “context” never contradicted the “illegally breaking into sealed election machines”, they just stated it was “standard procedure”
