He didn't mention the presiding judge, just the grand jury. So your point still stands in regard to the jury of his peers (in reality there are none) deciding his fate, not the grand jury.

Yep, its an effective, affordable, proven, life-saving medication when used correctly. I think it probably kept a lot of afib patients alive too. I just don't understand why people run around spreading misplaced fear when there's so much verifiable information available.

No questions from me. Are you saying that you are disturbed that that the original use was for rat poisoning? That was the point of my comment. There are people who warn others to not take Warfarin because its original use was to kill rats. It's usually the only thing they know about it, but they spread their lack of understanding to anyone else that doesn't know any better.

Warfarin is an affordable and easily reversible anticoagulant. Its anticoagulant activity is the mechanism for killing rats, and it was smart to apply it as a human anticoagulant. For a while, Warfarin was the only outpatient therapy available to people at risk for developing blood clots. It was affordable and easily reversible. The drawback is the requirement for a consistent amount of Vitamin K in the diet and regular, frequent blood testing to maintain a therapeutic dose, and interactions with nearly every other medication.

People have the same reaction when they find out that Warfarin was originally used as rat poison or that penicillin was originally made from mold.

Catholics venerate Mary and ask for her to pray for us. We do not worship her, but recognize her for her complete trust in God's will for her life. Without Mary, Jesus could not have been incarnated on earth, which is why Satan hates her more than any other human.

Although Jesus was God, He didn't come to earth as all-powerful God. He came as a human, the same way we do. After He was conceived Mary gave Him life by carrying Him through pregnancy and delivery. As a newborn human infant, Jesus was helpless, powerless, and defenseless. He needed parents to love, care for, raise, and protect Him as He grew to adulthood. Mary willingly took on this responsibility at great cost to her own life to fulfill God's promise to the world. Mary did God's will on earth when she gave Jesus life so that He could bring us salvation.

Those who deny or diminish Mary's veneration focus on Jesus as God and neglect Jesus as human. They see Mary as just a vessel and think Jesus was born as God, so He was all powerful and could do whatever He needed to do because He was God. They miss the entire point of His incarnation. Jesus came to earth as a human to live among us, as one of us, and teach us to do God's will here and bring salvation to the world. He allowed Himself to be crucified, as a human, to save us from our own sins. He didn't use any of His godly power to save Himself although He probably could have. He lived and died as a human.

That sounds great, especially the weight loss and size reduction. I agree that it takes some adjustment with perseverance before it becomes your lifestyle. I also really like your menu choices. Eggs, meat, grilled veggies, fruit, yogurt, nuts, are my go-to foods. I'm still in the 18/6 range, but it still helps. I also started making my own yogurt to cut back on the additives in commercial brands. I was surprised at how easy it is.

The strike is over residuals from streaming services. If the studios allow the writers and actors to collect, they will need to reveal the actual viewer numbers. This is problematic for the studios/streaming services because the actual numbers are mostly likely much lower than advertised. If/when they are revealed, the streaming services stock will tank. The studios/streaming services have a vested interest in not revealing that information. They probably have enough money and content stored to wait out the strike.

It always ends badly. The devil hates all of us, even the ones who make deals with him.

The Georgia DA said she expected it to happen in August, so there's still time.

The easiest way is intermittent fasting, in which you limit the hours that you eat, thereby fasting the rest of the time. If you eat Keto or Paleo, you can get better results. The fasting/eating time is adjustable. You can do what works best for you depending on your schedule.

All true, and reducing dietary sugar long term is probably the best thing you can do for your health. I was directing my comment towards insulin resistance, where the problem is not just excess sugar in the blood, but also in the cells. When the cells have all the sugar they need to generate ATP, they don't absorb it from the blood regardless of the amount of insulin present.

Thank you for posting this. It is an excellent analysis, and I may not have found it on my own. I need to start following this.

They also continue to harass gun manufacturers, sellers and their associated financial institutions.

They want an angry, riotous uprising.

If the 3GD is overflowing, the areas upstream must already be flooded.

This rainfall was produced by 2 typhoons hitting in July. Talim made landfall 7/17 at Zhanjiang and Doksuri came ashore 7/28 at Fujian province. These locations are roughly 800 and 1100 miles away from Beijing, and still produced catastrophic rainfall that would normally be limited to coastal areas.

It's more about compliance than color or IQ. US culture has a history of individualism and non-compliance will be a problem here for the DS. The culture in those other countries is more collectivist, so they will be more compliant.
