Dear Lord, please surround this beloved friend, Hermit Crab, with your hedge of protection. Send him one of your angels to guard and guide him. Strengthen him with your presence, draw him to know salvation through Jesus, and fill him with your Spirit and your peace. Bless him with godly men & women who will support him and walk with him as he goes from this dark point in his life to the path you would have him walk. Build him up and keep him safe from all evil and harm. I ask this in Jesus' Holy name, Amen.

Last year we studied the book of John. In chapter 4:1-42 is the story of the Samaritan woman. Backstory - Jews did not walk through Samaria, they would go around. John 4:4ESV says "And he [Jesus] had to pass through Samaria." Had to. He could have gone around, but he HAD TO pass through Samaria. Why? To meet the Samaritan woman. In those days a man would not speak with a woman he was not related to, but Jesus did. He revealed to her that he was the Messiah. He chose a woman, a samaritan, a sinner, to reveal a very important message to. This should tell you he was serious about John 3:16-18 ESV .

"For God so loved the world, in that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God." .

God loves you. Jesus died for you because he wants you with him in heaven for all eternity. He knows you just as much as he knew the Samaritan woman and would walk anywhere you were to tell you he is the Messiah. He did not come to condemn you. Believe him.

. Dear Lord, grant this beloved sister in Christ your assurance of salvation and fill her with your love and peace. I ask this in Jesus Holy name, Amen.

The bible tells us in Isaiah 54:17 that no weapon formed against us will succeed. We need to encourage those around us, who do see these weapons, with the Word of God in all areas of our lives. There are 240 Q posts that mention God. https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Isaiah+54%3A15-17&version=ESV

Could you offer to drive her places, or alternatively, run errands for her? Another idea would be to put together some food that is easy to prepare/eat in a hotel. If she has a microwave and mini fridge that could be things like soups (look for pop top cans or pick up a can opener), cheese & crackers, apples, instant coffee with a flavored creamer, some cookies, paper bowls, plates, a microwave safe mug, cheap utensils, that sort of thing. Sometimes it's just nice to get a little assortment of things like that when you are long term in a hotel.

The part where I am able to talk directly to God does not require projection.

I moved my post because it was supposed to be a reply to someone. I also wanted to reply to your post. James 5:16 tells us "...The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." Which means a believer in salvation because of Jesus' death & ressurection to pay for the sins of all mankind (this belief alone makes someone righteous), when praying to God, creator of all things visible & invisible, those prayers will get results in keeping with God's will. (That's the effectual part) James 18:19 also speaks of 2 or more agreeing on earth & asking God the Father for something & It being granted. In each case this involves praying to God & God doing the work that is in keeping with his will, not some other 'power' accomplishing this in place of God through visualization, good thoughts, etc. It puts us in the position of recognizing God's authority over us and all creation.

❤️ I tried to reply to you, but it ended up as a separate post, so I'm moving it here. Here's what I said: My Pastor used the phrase "extension of your healing hands" in a prayer once and that image struck me as a perfect representation of what we ask for in prayers of healing. It is Jesus touching the blind man's eyes, but this time we are asking him to touch this man's heart. God also comforts us so that we may comfort others. I have been the family member waiting for a loved one's heart surgery to be completed. My heart is with this family. May they see God is with them. https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=2+Corinthians+1%3A3-4&version=ESV

Dear Lord, let the surgeons be extensions of your healing hands to bring this beloved father-in-law back to health & healing, and to the glory of your Holy name. Strengthen him & his loved ones with your presence, draw them to salvation through Christ Jesus, and fill them with your Spirit and your peace. I ask this in Jesus' Mighty name, Amen.

A lot of folks are weary. A Trump video is our version of a USO visit to the troops. Scavino puts these out to keep us going.

Amen. Please Lord, do not let the "what ifs" and "if onlys" destroy Brigitta. Strengthen her with your presence, comfort her with your promise of salvation through Christ Jesus, and fill her with your Spirit, peace, & love. I ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.

It's not my interpretation. It is the Word of God. Hebrews 9:27 tells us man dies once & then judgement. Don't play chicken with God. The only Get Out of Jail Free card is faith in Jesus eho died for the sins of the world. He who believes and id baptized will not be condemened, but have everlasting life. May God the Father draw you to Jesus. May Jesus reveal the Father to you. May the Holy Spirit work faith in Jesus' atoning death on the cross in your life and in the lives of those you love. And may his Word become alive in you and you become baptized into Jesus' Holy name. I ask this in Jesus' Mighty name. Amen.
