10:09:08 could reference a count down. Q has posted other drops with count downs [-21], [-20], [-19] (i think thats what was dropped).
Using number substitution cypher (i.e. D=4, J=10, T=20)
ATT = 1-20-20
ACK = 1-3-11
The only drop on 1/20/2020 is #3777 It contains a youtube link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8y06NSBBRtY
The video is titled "Eisenhower warns us of the military industrial complex"
Article is from a Michigan radio station called Cars 108.

Get a tobacco pipe and some good tobacco. I prefer mac baren tobacco. I find smoking a pipe very calming. I can also fill the pipe bowl. Smoke on it for a few minutes, set it down and come back hours or even the next day and relight it. And it taste just as good as the first light.
It killed my coworker. Shut his kidneys down. His identical twin brother also was hospitalized with covid at the same time (they lived together, got sick together). He was 2 rooms down the hall and was not given remdesivir because he smoked cigarettes. He walked out of the hospital 2 days after his brother died.
We went for a drive yesterday afternoon after my son's doctor appointment with no destination in mind. The only goal was to find a diner to eat at that we have never been too before. After 20 miles down a desolate state hwy we came into a small town that had a small diner. We sat down at a table and the 3 of us had a wonderful meal. The waitress was an amazing lady over the age of 50. She was at our table (almost as much as we were) checking in on us even thought there wasnt an empty table in the diner. This was the best service we have ever had. This place also sold homemade bread and giant ciniamon rolls the size of a dinner plate. Our bill was $40. We left a $20 tip and also picked up some bread and a ciniamon roll on the way our the door. We spent $70 in total using cash.
We decided to make a destination less journey like this on a monthly basis.

I can confirm this first hand. I live on the border of flint. My neighbors in Flint don't drink the water.
The town i live in has water piped in from Detroit. For me, a 3 month bill (water and sewer) for a family of 3 is over $300. My 1200sqft house also uses $400 a month (winter time) in natural gas and electricity now. They jacked the price of that too. Same usage as this time last year and my bill is $105 more. Sorry for the off topic rant.
I need this tech for my 2 car garage. Then I'll have room for more toys
