You may be right, but in the meantime, many, many employers are mandating that employees get this EUA fake shot by a certain deadline or they're out of a job. If you're 30 years old and on your own, being out of a job isn't an option. No lawsuit is gonna fix this fast enough to save these folks.

I was told all my 60+ years there was no cure for the common cold, that respiratory viruses just had to run their course. And that advice pretty much rang true for my whole life until viruses became weaponized and people lost all ability to think rationally. Now everything is covid and everyone needs drastic measures to avoid it.
