Yeah man overly greasy mass produced pizza for good pizza prices. I liked them as a kid too but always thought it odd to call it a hut in the first place. Huts aren’t where I think of for quality food.

So in the USA if this passes you can be under 21 and join the military and have control of a fully auto M16 (or something more powerful) while at work but can’t have a .22 or shotgun at home? How can you enforce that?

Along with doctors fixing problems with drugs as the main tool of choice, and those drugs side effects, there’s also I think it’s called the “white coat effect” where by being checked out in a regularly scheduled checkup elevates various markers for disease

I agree. That’s why back when I thought social media was not evil, I didn’t like twitter either. It’s not conducive to discussion.

Also TS has the same “wide exposure” as twitter, fb, etc so you get all walks of life. Here the people are all cool and worth talking to, minus the ones who intentionally come here to cause problems of course.

I’ve never had to alley scrap and have had it relatively good, but knowing how (the fact that) others live and survive in terrible conditions just fine, mental attitude wise, is what gives me confidence. And having adapted to many life circumstances and problems over the years. “Don’t Panic” as they say

Right on! Adapt and improvise. You’ll get used to almost any changes even if they sick at first.

Before I straightened myself out I was into psychedelics and remember reading something written by I believe Terrance McKenna that the internet is the third psychedelic wave (fourth? Don’t know the other waves besides the 60s… 90s?)

It most definitely connects consciousnesses, and alters them. Exposing a disgusting web of evil is a bonus, or just a natural product of that.

Can you image being a parent of one of the kids and knowing they waited?

Not going to look at the comments from twitter but I bet there aren’t any liberals accusing him of “false equivalency”.

And I bet if it were the reverse, a popular conservative if Floyd just died saying “this is terrible, so was sandy hook” they would have annihilated the conservative.

And yes at least half are bots, and the other half just don’t think for themselves and copy the bots

I did miss it. Reading up on it now, sounds like it needs to make a come back.

And it seems we add some more gun owners every year as things keep looking crazier and crazier

And on top of all that, look at how many people exposed themselves by complaining about a future lack of censorship under Musk.

Yeah that’s what I think they’re getting at to.

I was going to order those but now think it’s a better deal to buy long (25 year) shelf life staples like beans instead. I know it’s not as appetizing but what if we never need them anyway? You get way more calories for the money, like triple to quadruple

And just like that, as soon as corporations stop caring, the people who used to claim to hate corporations also stop caring. Funny how that works
