For me it's not the sugar content that's bad in sodas. Whether you use cane sugar or HFCS because the drink has phosphoric acid the sucrose from cane sugar will become unbound fructose and glucose just like how HFCS is. The real problem is things like caramel coloring, pesticides from the HFCS GMO corn, etc.

I used to have hypoglycemia. I just started cutting out all fat and protein until noon. Lots of fruits, sugar, whatever. End of day I will eat meat and low fat. I can literally eat sugar all day and have no hypoglycemia anymore.

Dad cured his type 2 doing the rice diet over a 4 month period. Lost 82 pounds in the process. A1C 4.4 even 3-4 years after this success. No insulin or diabetic drugs needed anymore.

All of these diets demonizing carbs are dumb for diabetics. Carbs increases insulin sensitivity, fat loss and increases your BMR in the abscense of protein and fat.

Well there’s no one being a neo Nazi. They got to do it themselves so they can get people to hate whites

We’re in the right direction. I view this as a process towards eliminating income tax altogether

I am a Christian but not catholic. As an outsider to the catholics, I don't see how they use a few bible verses to snow ball into what they have going on. I think people believe in catholicism because of some kind of appeal to authority. It's so old and established over a long period so they must be right - kind of thing. For me this has no bearing on it being accurate or ordained by god.
