Power plants could be built to be fueled by their corpses. This would also create good paying jobs, many of which would be permanent because these same power plants could later burn general refuse once the problem populations are extirpated.

PERSONAL rights. I do not need some sort of a legal exemption because the government does not own my body.

Right. After the attempt to associate “QAnon” with terrorism failed, the next scheme involved conditioning so that people who hear Q subjects like Seth Rich and child trafficking will then automatically associate them with crap like Flat Earth and lizard people. In that respect the “QAnon” psyop has been quite successful.
