Yeah I've noticed that too. You occasionally see people decide not to give a shit about downvotes and post anyways, but for whatever reason, people are afraid of the downvotes, and just shut up.

So many bots, always taking literally any topic to being a way to bash Trump and republicans. Posts in all kinds of non-political subs, like r/pics, to bash on Trump and Republicans.
Anyone that says anything even remotely positive about Trump or republicans gets downvoted into oblivion.

My dad is due for Medicare. No choice in signing up unless he wants to defer and get a big penalty in another year or however long it is.
We’ve gone almost our whole lives without insurance. We simply don’t go to the doctor if we can help it.
But now we’re going to be forced to pay for Medicare we don’t want. We can’t afford it. We’ve already given up everything and we’re still needing to rely on the credit card once a month.

Thank you for this post. I’ve had a gut-deep feeling for a very long time about the Bible and religion. Religion has always creeped me out so badly that I didn’t believe in God for the entire first half or more of my life.
God is real and is good. But religion in its current form is at best tainted with evil intentions.
If we believe that the Vatican is evil and they harm children, why the hell would we put it past them to use the Bible, God’s word to/for us against us?
If God beamed a Bible into my lap I would trust it 100%. But the Bible as it is? Nah, I don’t trust that at all, sorry. It’s nothing against God, it’s against the evil people that manipulated it to suit their own agendas.

Your brother sounds a lot like my aunt. She doesn't like Trump (or politics in general), didn't listen to us about the jab (no boosters though, and she's a little more awake about that, but still takes every other jab or medicine offered to her...she's on a bunch), doesn't believe us about anything we say. She thinks we're gullible and just believing whatever we read on the internet. She says it's easy for people to make stuff up.
Oddly, she doesn't read any news or keep up much with current events, but she's super easily swayed by her coworkers, and caves to everything they say.
I don't think she's going to wake up. We've tried for years, gently and firmly. Doesn't matter.
It's fantastic that your brother is waking up! My grandfather said the same thing about how the government would never intentionally harm us. At least your brother is making great progress though. He sounds like he'll handle it just fine.
Someone like my grandfather will not, and I do feel for him because he's got a lot of dangerous health issues right. He's vaxxed and boosted like crazy, go figure. I worry that the truth would kill him, given the state of his health, but at the same time, it just can't go on like this forever.
Too many innocent people are just suffering like crazy and I'm sick of it. We have been and are doing our part, and I'm ready for the good stuff already.

No one cares about the stress on us. The stress of knowing all of this and seeing no Justice, or of struggling to put food on the table, or of no longer trusting doctors so you’re petrified of you or a loved one needing help.

This is slightly on topic but since people that noticed chemtrails are the type to look up a lot, maybe someone else has noticed this.
If anyone here watches meteor showers, do you ever see real meteors anymore?
My mom and I went out a few weeks back during the Perseids meteor shower. We've done this for well over 20 years.
We didn't see a single meteor 'streak' across the sky and haven't for the past 3-4 years.
Instead, what you see is a bright blue-white dot that looks like a star suddenly appear. It will move very slowly over in one direction, blinking in and out. Sometimes they even change direction! Then after a few seconds, they fade out until the disappear.
We saw at least seven during the Perseids shower and we see them on other nights, too. But no typical meteors.
For that matter, I haven't seen anything other than a blue-white star in a very long time. Back in the day you could see yellowish or orangeish ones. They don't even twinkle anymore, either.
Do you think we’ll ever know the real, full numbers for the past three elections?
