They split out the tax charges and sent it over to California. The other charges were in Delaware.
He was eventually found guilty in Delaware and Daddy said he would respect the process (ie. no pardon). Appeal is worked on but withdrawn. Sentencing scheduled a week after Election Day (And then pushed back to Dec 4 and then Dec 12).
For the tax charges, he eventually pleads guilty to avoid the trial. Sentencing schedule for Dec 16.
