Unless there's a universal code separate from the owner's combination, I don't understand how Liberty could have the code. When we got our Liberty safe, we changed the code that came on it.
I'm all for single-issue laws. Vote on them one piece at a time, not in a huge bundle where it's easier to hide things. It will take more time, but they have too much time on their hands anyway.

I stood in line for 8 hours in Anchorage and was in the first 10 or 12 people in line. After all that, I had to stand and watch ALL the people who had paid, I think, $100 for "Priority Seating" get ushered inside before us. Pay the $100 and sleep a little later. Great experience, though- it's an incredible experience to be around so many like-minded folks!
