Those who make a really good living and are more White Collar workers don't see (as much) but many see it. (And they DON'T like to talk politics often as it brings out fear, anxiety, anger, etc. I told a student this last week when she asked me "What good does talking do?" and I told her it let's us know we are not alone and that others feel the same. And then she sort of got where that was going. The blue collar folks are beyond fed up. This can't continue for more than 6 months or so at the current rate. We are going exponential.
I'm an empathic individual BTW. I've been feeling this for years but now it feels like I'm watching a suspenseful movie and we are at the last scene, last 10 minutes. Credits are about to roll.

Like you said they were able to keep things legit in 16 because it was mostly electronic. They pulled out covid, changed mail in ballot rules in key places and took 4 years until 20 to get ready. Never in my life have I ever seen the counting stop. From my time on this earth (54 years) I have seen the president called the night of no matter how close.
