Let me explain the real story about Mother Teresa. People think she ran a hospital or some secular nonsense. The truth is India’s medical caste system threw terminally ill people out in the streets to die. Mother Teresa and her sisters were not medical workers and had no such training. All they did was take in terminally ill people thrown out of society and cared for them spiritually and physically as best they could. She helped bring countless pagan souls to Christ through her works of mercy.
People heard about her works and donated lots of money but she wasn’t a business woman who could grow an organization so she gave it to the Church. She just kept doing what she knew how and taught us how everyone has human dignity in the eyes of the Lord. That is why she is hated by the people currently trying to cull humanity.
She took money meant for suffering and dying people and gave it to the church. You don't have to be a business woman to know that collecting huge sums of money for one purpose - helping the sick and suffering - and instead giving it to the wealthiest organization on earth, leaving the sick and suffering writhing in pain on the floor instead of buying them some beds, pain meds, and competent medical help instead of volunteers who didn't know what they were doing - is fraud.

Well, official Catholic teaching has always been (and I mean, going back to first 3 centuries, and onwards), that God alone is to be worshiped. His creatures in heaven may be venerated, which basically means held in esteem, asked for intercessory prayer, etc., but never ever worshipped. I do understand your point about guilt, but would say... guilt is like pain -- it's good if it is telling us legitimately something is wrong (morally speaking), but there is a fix for it -- confirm whether the guilt is coming from actual sin, and if it is, stop it, confess it, and "sin no more" as Jesus put it...
