If they had pulled this all off, why would a Supreme Court justice need to recuse themselves for financial reasons from the PA case? This in itself is going to be Supreme Court gate once the dust settles, because it’s a basic admission the legislative branch was compromised to the very top.
If they had this in the bag, they wouldn’t have burned up their SC justice.
