There are sites where you can watch people actually getting shot, stabbed, and mutilated in all possible ways. Bodies do not react to gunshots like they are portrayed in movies. Real gunshot wounds are underwhelming compared to the movies.

The shooter likely used a 9mm, .40, or .45 and it looks like a Glock to me. These are standard, small handgun rounds, not massive. I would consider a caliber like 454 Casual to be "massive" for a handgun.
There are plenty of south American gang and ISIS videos of people getting shot in the head repeatedly and it only makes a small entry hole that doesn't bleed much. There are others with massive bleeding because an artery was hit.

The rest of the time people are just akwardly standing around shouting bizarre things and doing basically nothing helpful to aid a woman who just suffered a gunshot wound and is bleeding out. Exit hole small due to lack of tissue to mushroom the bullet. A grazing shot would have bled more and a more full on shot would have been visibly devastating. There would be c-spine damage and displaced tissue and arterial spray at the very least. And judging the shooters angle, the projectile may have penetrated to wall on the victims side of the door which it did not.
If she was a deceased veteran she would have had a proper funeral. Where is the funeral pictures and videos? I can't find them anywhere on the internet.

And when the video of her being taken out on a gurney, the paramedics had not secured her neck or were taking appropriate life-saving measures for a GSW.
