We found out yesterday that he has pneumonia. Once I found that out I went and got him from that ER. Today we find out he’s negative for covid. Am I overreacting for wanting to contact administrators for possibly causing harm to my father? He had BACTERIAL pneumonia and they forced 2 masks on him while short of breath. I’m more livid than before knowing he doesn’t have Covid.

Definitely should sue, bring this to the public. Bacterial pneumonia was also the biggest killer during the "Spanish flu." BAck then they forced masks on people for the same bs reason, and caused more harm than good. They KNOW this data, they've done this shit on purpose because they are literally trying to kill people.
This is what happened to my Abouna (Father like priest), a while back he actually did get Covid (caught it from a parishioner) and he was in the hospital for a little bit he got better but caught bacterial pneumonia and had to go back and be put on fluids. He came out of it okay thanks be to God but I was much more afraid of him reposing because of the pneumonia than the Covid and I was much more worried about him catching a secondary infection because of the Covid.
This shit needs to be exposed, and these people should not be able to walk down the street once the people realize they have been purposely manipulating people into contracting pneumonia.
And if WE know this, we know damn well that [they] know it too. Doctors should be going to prison for knowingly spreading harmful "medical advice," they shouldn't get the excuse of "following orders" any more than police officers when they violate people's well-being.
Like, I don't know if it was best for him to go to the hospital for Covid-19, but he is elderly I don't know his exact age, so I really have no idea if he would have gotten the pneumonia if he went or not because he could have picked it up from a parishioner before he was aware he had Covid. He interacts with so many people.

Nice, thank you.
No, thank you. You are aware of the fact and that is what truly matters! Not only aware of the fact, but spreading it!
Fauci wrote a paper on it....
Since it was a bad thing I think we are supposed to refer to it as “White-Hispanic Flu”.
Lawyer, if you want anything done about it. Admin doesn't give a shit, and they will only try to discredit the situation from litigation.
That's fine, just know their one goal is to eliminate litigation and they will do ANYTHING they can to discredit you. Don't make that contact without being prepared.
A good strategy might be to send them a letter (certified) asking why they put the man at risk for pneumonia and then he got pneumonia.
They will see this is a potential lawsuit, and will react in one of two ways: either ignore it, or claim they engaged in "standard medical procedures." They call it "evidenced based medicine." They all do it, and they think it is their get out of jail free card.
If they ignore the letter, you have a stronger case in for a jury. If they claim they took standard care, or make any other claim, you now have knowledge of what their likely defense will be, and can take that into consideration in the lawsuit.
If they do claim they had a valid reason, then I would think the goal in the lawsuit would be to show that the "valid reason" was based on fraud, and that a reasonable person whose profession it is to know the factual information would have learned of the factual information instead of pursing a course of action for which there is no evidence of effectiveness, and clear evidence of harm.
Worth a shot.
We should all be thinking about how we will handle any legal issue of these types by responding with the fact that all of these people are engaging in fraud, which eliminates their claims.
I've been looking for a lawyer but I'm in Texas. I have a case for sure. At least I'm pretty darn sure. Let me know if you can help...I've already contacted every avenue that I can.
Better to get that advice from the lawyer, imho.
Wait! Are you a lawyer or are you saying he needs a lawyer?
Nope, just advice to get one.
This is golden advice!
For a crayon eater, you give better advice than some JDs I have known
If you are still around, a few questions:
Does the journal entry have to be notarized?
What rule of the court requires the judge to read it? (not disagreeing, just asking)
Does "he has to read it" mean he has to accept it as evidence into the record?
thx
I think it is generally a good strategy -- keep records and make "contemporaneous" notes about those records.
In this case, it would be the father filing the lawsuit (if he chooses). If the son or anyone else keeps the records and notes, it could probably be entered into evidence (with the court clerk), but should (must?) be filed with an affidavit -- similar to what you propose, but more "legal."
And then the maker of those records would be a witness, and subject to cross-examination, but it would be important evidence for a jury.
Has to be done by the Rules of Evidence, though.
Sorry for just getting around to responses. I really appreciate your advice throughout these posts! My main goal is to not have this happen some other unsuspecting family. I still don’t know the best way to approach that. The sense I’m getting is to contact a lawyer and see if they can help. I will start documenting all that I can. Thank you again!
Call an attorney before contacting Hospital Admin. For SURE.
lol!!! You are silly!!!
YES SUE those MF'ers
exactly the harm those damn masks cause and even Fauxi proved it, although they didn't mention masks once in their research paper, it's an obvious and easy link to make through other science
https://www.nih.gov/news-events/news-releases/bacterial-pneumonia-caused-most-deaths-1918-influenza-pandemic
Raise hell! What have you got to lose? If we don't all start taking a stand, we're toast.
Bacterial pneumonia is caused by wearing masks. The heat and humidity in the mask is a perfect incubator for bacteria. This is what killed people in 1917. This is the reason the cdc wants people to double mask so they get sick and the panic continues and people get the vaccines. Everyone here knows this. And yes. Sue them for covering the mouth and nose of a person struggling to breathe. They should have put in on oxygen. What Fracking morons.
Don't let this go! Go to the highest level possible. Contact a " right" lawyer asap!
I suggest that you tell them you have retained counsel.
That will light a fire under their asses.
No, you let that be a surprise when the time comes.
Oh I did suspect this when you said he had pneumonia. CAUSED BY WEARING MASKS!
It’s so frustrating because my dad is the reason I’m MAGA and got into Q. He hates masks so much he’s barely been doing things he doesn’t absolutely have to. Recently he’s had several health issues and has been going to the doctor frequently where he is obviously forced to wear masks. I’m really thinking this can be the culprit.
Cut discrete slits in the masks then.
fuck "doctors"
doctor - transitive verb
1a: to give medical treatment to
b: to restore to good condition : REPAIR
or
2a: to adapt or modify for a desired end by alteration or special treatment
b: to alter deceptively
fuck those quacks.
quack - noun
1: CHARLATAN
2: an ignorant, misinformed, or dishonest practitioner of medicine
Thank heavens you got him out of there! It appears hospitals can no longer give rational treatment.
I believe it. As I commented below my dad absolutely hates masks and understands what they were trying to do. He already looks so much better after a day of antibiotic treatment at home and no mask wearing?
Anti-biotics kill good bacteria, too. That harms the immune system, at the very time a strong immune system is needed. That is very bad for someone trying to recover from illness. Temporary relief is great, but think long-term, also.
You might consider a high quality pro-biotic for him to try. These are expensive ($50+ for a small bottle). No idea if they work, but theoretically they should.
Better advice is to fast for 3 days, which has proven to reboot the immune system (but most people are afraid it will kill them -- it won't):

Get your dad some Intravenous Vitamin C. It should immediately help as long as he is not G6PD?
Don't forget tons of vitamin D and 40-50 mg of zinc a day.
How do you find someone who will administer IV Vitamin C? Allopathic physicians don't seem to ever offer it.
Where I live, there are quite a few places that offer IV Vitamin C. Does not have to be an Allopathic physician either. Almost every TRT clinic in my area offers it as well.
What approximate area are you in? Maybe I can help.
DC / Northern Virginia.

Found a couple of places for you to check out ?
Thank you so much! You are very kind.??
You are not overreacting.
Agreed that she is not. Someone must be gaslighting her. Why would she think she's overreacting? What the ER did is at best, highly unethical. You do not force someone who has trouble breathing to constrict their airways, that is a good way to causer their death which an ER should not do. There are not 2 sides of this. Putting in a complaint to the hospital administration is the least she should do. In fact, I thought this originally and a few other posts around here seem to agree. Consider suing them into the stone ages (that might depend on how they respond to the complaint). Also, if she can get a hold of sympathetic media to push this as a story, she should do that as well.
I asked if I was overreacting because my mother and other family state that it was “protocol” and kept asking me all these devils advocate type questions like but what if he did he could have gave it to someone yadda yadda. Myself and my dad understand what happened was wrong.
As you stated, it seems like your mom and family members don't comprehend the situation.
In fact, if it was the so-called "protocols" that resulted in this, it's even worse than if it was a one off incident. Basically, this ER has a "protocol" in place that is likely to do harm to incoming patients. This actually gives you more of a reason to raise a complaint, because sooner or later, some one may get seriously hurt by these "protocols". Also, when has hiding behind rules/order been a good excuse for doing something really bad. Not saying it's the same thing (but not far off), but "I was just following orders" was not a viable defense at the Nuremburg trials.
A better protocol in this case would be to take in patients with trouble breathing as soon as possible and put them in their own room, where they don't suffocate wearing 2 masks and where they won't be infecting other patients. Even with 2 masks on, if your dad actually had this virus, he'd still be infecting people. No breathable mask is going to filter out this virus with any effectiveness. That's why for virus containment (of this one and any other air-borne virus), the people working in such situations wear full hazmat suits with their own breathers. Not only is this so-called "protocal" harmful to certain patients, it's completely ineffective.
Also, what is wrong with this ER. Patients who have trouble breathing are usually the first to be treated. Just after people who have no pulse. Was it over capacity? Did they think he had the virus and were they scared?
This is exactly my thoughts. My dad is already doing better being home out of that ER. Everything they did and all they sent him home with was just assuming he has covid. MEANWHILE, his referral note from his doctor stated he was short of breath and requested a chest xray to check for pneumonia. I keep thinking what if they kept him in the time they were waiting for the results to come back, he would have been kept in 2 masks while having bacterial pneumonia. I’m convinced if he had to be admitted they would have killed him. I just don’t want this happening to someone else.
Recently had a similar situation. Lawyer is better than admin. The admin's job is to stall. Take care of your dad, let the lawyer do what they do.
Not sure about a lawsuit because technically, there were no damages (even though there certainly could have been).
You’ll get further if you raise holy hell with the hospital administrators, and make it go public. Plaster this ALL over social media. Contact you local news and radio stations. These administrators care much more about their PR image and marketing abilities than they care about individual nobodies. That’s how you get them to change.
Yeah, but only normal, rational humans with a soul care about that. Hospital administrators are some of the worst people you’ll ever meet. These folks only care only about profit margins. Why do you think they are having their docs code EVERYTHING as Covid? It’s not because they care about pushing the MSM hysteria. It’s because they will get a guaranteed payout by the government instead of having to wrestle payments from patients and insurance companies. They are exploiting Covid for financial gain. Their inhumane BS has to be brought to light. This should be blasted across all social media. Appealing to their sense of humanity won’t work.
Threaten a negative HCAHPS score and that you will be in contact with other families as well. HCAHPS is the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems - it is a patient satisfaction survey required by CMS for all hospitals in the United States. Hospitals like to maintain high scores because that yields better reimbursement rates to them. Hit them where it will hurt.
“ technically, there were no damages”
The phrase he should use is “severe emotional distress”
I would contact the administration and see what if any their reaction is. Do it in writing or record any calls you make. I have done this several times at the local hospital when being treated poorly in their ER years ago. Suggest to them that every person that walks through the door is allowed to have at least one person/advocate with them. This is minimum because you must not go alone, they can do so many things and you won't even know it if you have no one else there with you. Use the term "healthcare advocate" because even though you may not have experience in the healthcare field, you are still better than no one with your father.
Absolutely NOT overreacting!!! Get 'em, tiger. I hope you're able to make a statement!
I lost my Dad Nov 24th from covid > pneumonia > ards > abdominal hemorrhaging. His wife wouldn't let us fight for him or his health by denying us any access to him while in the hospital. (Can you tell I'm bitter?) Fight for your dad!!
Sue. LOOK AT THIS SHIT RIGHT HERE. https://www.nih.gov/news-events/news-releases/bacterial-pneumonia-caused-most-deaths-1918-influenza-pandemic They KNOW masks are deadly. 2008 Fauci CLAIMS masks were the REAL killer during the 1918 Spanish Flu. Bacterial pneumonia comes from wearing masks..
Report them and go after their licenses. Everyone involved. Even in this insanity there are exemptions for those who are seriously ill. Pneumonia should fit that description.
You should definitely do something. I waited too long in one of my cases with my husband’s death. I can’t do anything about it now. I was not mentally able to handle it, and now it’s too late. Do not waste any time. First go to the hospital and request the documentation, and get everything before you start complaining. Once you get all the documentation, then you can decide how you wanna move forward. You could probably contact A Personal injury lawyer. They look over the papers for free for you, and tell you if you have a case. If they can’t take it, you can go from there. But I would definitely speak up after you get all of the documentation that you need. Because you know they’re going to go in alter it, change it, or keep you from getting to it.
Make note of the chain of command that is creating and carrying out these dictates.
I smell a good lawsuit in the mix mate.
Know any good lawyers? First, do no harm, right? Seems like they violated that. I hope he recovers quickly and I'm glad he is out of there.
Lawyer up
Are there resources out there showing harm that masks cause??
Yes watch the LIfeSite videos Unmasking COVID... It would be from Drs discussing in either the first or second video. https://lifefacts.lifesitenews.com/unmasking-covid-19-videos/?utm_source=email
Heck, even Dr. Fauxi wrote a paper about the Spanish flu that mentions it! He used to support NO MASKS, but now that they're trying to control people, he's changed his mind.
It is in the hospitals' best interest to generate repeat business
Side question. If I ever found myself in the position your father was in, what would they do if I simply refused to wear the masks and ripped them off my face if they put one on me.
They would probably refuse to treat you because they told my dad he could leave if he didn’t put them on.
Wow. Hippocratic oath be damned!
That is NOT science! They have dumbed down our doctors for a reason...
...and one way they've done it is to offer them $$ for specific diagnoses that fit their agenda.
My post yesterday explained the situation in more detail. He did inform them that he was short of breath ( he was referred by his primary dr for it). When he said he can’t wear 2 masks that it is making it more difficult for him they stated that “he can leave”.
They understand MONEY. So yes: sue. Hit them hard.
Call every one of your local news stations and tell the story!
Not at all an overreaction, I saw somewhere that wearing masks causes EXACTLY bacterial infections, sue the fuck out of them.
You can file suit buy probably won't win since they can claim they didn't harm him or cause his condition. You got him out and that was the best think you did.
Mask wearing exacerbates bacterial growth that gets sucked back into the mouth/trachea/lungs. This causes bacterial Pneumonia.
No coincidence that the all the tens of millions of people the Spanish Flu killed world wide...DIDN'T die of the Spanish Flu. They died of complications from wearing masks---Bacterial Pneumonia.
Think of it this way: What happens when you stuff a potato in the exhaust pipe of a running car? It dies from lack of being able to expel "bad air" (exhaust). People wearing a mask die from the exact same effect.
