Note on page 3 sections 1 and 2:
- individuals are encouraged to wear mask when unable to maintain 6 feet social distance. -No person may be required by any jurisdiction "enforcement office" to wear or to mandate the wearing of a face covering. -no jurisdiction may impose confinement in jail as a penalty for violation of any COVID 19 order. -no jurisdiction may impose a penalty of any kind for failure to wear a face covering.... -except that a legally authorized official may act to enforce trespassing laws and remove violator at the request of a business establishment or property owner.
IN English......do not wear a mask in Texas. If you are approached by a establishment representative respectfully decline their encouragement to wear a mask. If they persist, state you can not wear a mask due to your medical condition of Metabolic Acidosis which will be further compromised if you do not breathe 21% O2 ambient air. Masks prevent this. You many suffer irreversible ischemic organ damage which could lead to organ failure. If they insist further ask the question, "Are you going to refuse me service and refuse to take my money and charge me with trespassing?"
If the response is YES then leave the premises. Do not return EVER.
If the response is No then say thank you and go about your business.
We MUST stop wearing masks or this will never end. It stays as long as we comply. Stop participating in this emotional delusion.
So far no issues at HEB, Tractor Supply, or Home Depot. Come on TEXAS. You can do this.
HEB announcement March 5 2021 https://newsroom.heb.com/h-e-b-takes-additional-steps-to-safeguard-partners-by-providing-masks-and-gloves/
Note the "The ending of mask ordinances puts real pressure on retailers to enforce an emotional topic for many. We ask for kindness and understanding from our customers in our expectation of them to wear masks in our stores. Also, we understand some customers cannot wear a mask due to medical exceptions. We request all customers adhere to the Covid-19 protocols we have in place while shopping." They will not enforce per management. Just strongly encourage. Kindly refuse.
I especially LOVE the "enforce an emotional topic" not health crisis or deadly viral outbreak. No "emotional topic" Geeeez. These people and their feelings.
This is bascially the modern day version of accusing someone of witchcraft.
"WITCH!"
That's called the bystander effect.
Your literally safer if you have an issue with just one person in attendance than with multiple.
Say, you're walking down the street, trip and fall, bouncing your head off the concrete enough that it knocks you out and causes convulsions. If there's knyl one person around, you're most likely going to be aided by that person. However, if there's multiple people, they will most likely stand by and watch, waiting for someone else to help, this absolving them of any "guilt" by NOT coming to your aid. Each one will just simply watch you convulse into a coma, hoping that someone else will step in to help, rather than being the upstanding citizen to render aid themselves.
This is what [they]'ve bred into us. A fucking society FULL of weak minded bystanders unable to come to the aid of another person, for fear of reprisals of some sort.
If a store asks you to wear a mask, and you refuse, they can ask you to leave. It's a private business. They have the right to refuse service. If you do not leave at that time, they can call the police, who can, and probably will, charge you with trespassing. If you comply with the police, they may just let you off with a warning. If you don't, you may get tased.
Just make life easier and refuse to shop anywhere that has a "masks required" sign. Better yet, make your own sign and let companies know that if they require masks, you'll take your business elsewhere.
Okay. What happens when every business requires a mask? Are businesses a loophole in the constitution?
Seeing as 6 companies control the media, I imagine there will come a day when all businesses are controlled by a few groups. Then it will be easy to require a mask everywhere, with nowhere to run. The lockdowns destroyed a lot of competition to those tyrannical businesses.
That is correct. Private businesses are not beholden to the constitution, except for very few circumstances. It's similar to owning a home. You don't need a constitutional lawyer to kick someone out who you invited into your home.
The point that I was trying to make is that the woman in question was not arrested for not wearing a mask. That is sensationalism which rivals CNN. She was arrested for trespassing.
Absolutely not true. Businesses can only ask you 2 put aside your rights in exchange for goods or services or using their property. That does not void the Constitution. They cannot have you come on their property and then shoot you, will perform other crimes against you. You can voluntarily suspend certain rights in order to Avail yourself of their service or Goods. That does not create a constitutional suspension
I never said anything about voiding or suspending the constitution. I'm not sure where you got that from.
"Private businesses are not beholden to the constitution, except for very few circumstances. " -HarryxD
What I said was "Private businesses are not beholden to the constitution", not "The constitution gets voided or suspended inside a private business." It's important that you understand the difference.
The constitution mostly applies to the government, not to private businesses. This is why facebook can boot you for your speech and the government cannot imprison you for it. The only constitutional laws that businesses are beholden to are related to discrimination. A business can not kick you out for being black, but they can kick a black man out for swearing. They can't kick a guy out because they think he's gay, but they can kick him out for playing tongue hockey with another guy in the middle of their store.
Except in the aforementioned cases, a business has the right to ask you to leave their premises. If you do not comply, you are in violation of the law, and thus, you are subject to penalties under the law. The business owners are not allowed to detain or touch you, except in cases of self defense, and must call the police to have you removed by force, if necessary.
The police have to witness you committing a crime to take action. This is why they personally ask you to leave. If you do not comply, you will be arrested for trespassing.
For your first point, it’s scary that some of the most influential empires are not beholden to the constitution. Is America a corporation or a country?
To answer your question : America is a corporation.
People keep saying this but I've yet to see a credible source for this claim I first heard in 2020. Doesn't mean it isn't true.
There's the rub.
Yep, I thought the same thing. When they started requiring masks at Walmart & then all the other grocery stores fell like dominoes. I thought, "now where am I going to get my groceries?" Thankfully, Walmart & Publix eased up on it. I haven't tried Winn Dixie recently. I avoid Target now, because they still have a sign that says masks are required to enter the store. Ugh.
My local winn dixie sees my face regularly, no problem.
At target, try defying the sign. Just walk in. Walmart lets you, if you say you have a medical excuse.
So: Doctors said not to wear the mask. You have a condition.
EDIT: Use the ultra persuasion word BECAUSE. "Doctors said not to wear it BECAUSE I have a condition."
The word because is so powerful tool for hacking people's brains and getting them to shut down questioning, they will tend to let you have your way regardless of what comes after it (within bounds of "reason" :)
It's worked in 98% of stores where I used it.
If they resist at Target, say 'Men can use the ladies room here by identifying as women. So I identify as exempt from the mask. My body, my choice." Then stride past like youre in a hurry and can't wait to get out of there.
I went to Target and thought they wouldn't let me shop, but no one stopped me. I wish more people would stop. I will not spend my hard earned money where they dictate a mask.??
The Constitution ONLY protects the citizens form a tyrannical government. It says absolutely nothing about private or corporate entities being disallowed from various forms of tyranny. The U.S. Code doesn't even address this. The only body that has is SCOTUS. And they've ruled time and again that the U.S. Constitution DOES NOT extend it's citizen protections to either private nor publicly owned businesses or corporations. If the Founding Fathers had intended that document to do that, they would've written it into the Constitution. So, your argument is moot re: business governance of the people's rights.
[They] know this, which is why the U.S. Code was set up, as a way to help absolve corporate interests from any liability re: rights infringements.
I suppose I made that my focus because I’m curious what lies ahead for us. There is no equality in which the constitution is an irrelevant piece of paper just because people work for me.
It seems highly likely “rules for thee, but not for me” was spoken with these business empires in mind. Private businesses are still public influencers. They have too much power!
Are we run by “We the People” or “We the Big Businesses”?
And if businesses count as a collection of people, the constitution, if it were perfect, should apply. Completely. Not just the beneficial parts.
I’d like to hear some drawbacks to that - potential repercussions. Chain reactions? I’m just a person. I don’t know everything. Someone let me hear them.
Bingo. They have her money. She engaged in a CONTRACT that did NOT include her wearing a fucking mask to fulfill her end of the CONTRACT. Why are people so dense here? Not to mention banks are basically all taxpayer funded via bailouts and insurance so yea I’m on the side that it’s not so cut and dry “private business” bullshit!
Can you bear to wear a mask for the time it takes to close your account?
Not the point!
If they are open to the public, they are NOT private. Fuck this 'private' business bullshit. Especially if they are publicly traded companies.
Wrong, I'm open to the public, it is how we make money isn't it.
And I am a private biz, just the Wife and I. In my place of business you will play by my rules, or I will and routinely do refuse to serve you.
Or, I 'might' use a sliding scale depending on the irritation level you represent, aggravation factor we call it, a multiplier.
WTLiteral makes you think you may enter another person's property and demand rights? Act politely and responsibly, speak proper English or at least Redneck and we're good.
Be a problem and see how you like us then.
https://files.catbox.moe/8euwt9.gif
Put up a "whites only" sign and find out what the government thinks about your right to refuse service.
Obviously some exceptions. But there are a thousand reasons I can keep your ass off my property if I want to. Get over your stupid indignation. Private property rights are a thing all should want.
We're talking about open to the public businesses, not your residence.
You saw what the Enemy thinks of the right to refuse service when that cop threw the 65 year old Lady down to the ground.
WHY in the fook would anyone put up a whites only sign, are you retarded?
Asking for a Fren...

Banks are tied to the government way beyond your belief.
Disability and religion are also protected rights and the medical and religious leaders need to do a better job at articulating how mask wearing violates these rights.
Never forget you're a slave to your clients and they might not return if you fuck with them too much.
Do you take taxpayer bailouts and are insured by the government? No? Banks do. Private MY ASS.
Because if I have some other physical condition, like being unable to walk, you have to not discriminate against me, or you're breaking the law. But if my health issue precludes wearing a mask, suddenly that accommodation goes out the window? I'm automatically presumed guilty of being the spreader of a disease...that I DONT HAVE?
You can be sued for discrimination and you would lose. That is a fact.
No, anon/karen, I would not lose, folks have come at me before. Sure you can sue me, in this country you can sue anyone, sure. But I would not lose, I don't violate law, I use it to my advantage.
How am I discriminating, you are 'free' to choose to shop elsewheres, someplace that tolerates you in order to make a dollar. I won't do that, I'll show you the door just that quick, and be legal doing it.
If you give me attitude I'll then be threatened, I tend to Honor threats, might have you at gunpoint when the cops show, if they show. My House, my rulez, don't come in, refuse to be Polite and then threaten me, likelihood of being held at gunpoint increases.
If you dare, plz state why you think your ridiculous notion is 'fact'. I'll pray you learn patience or grab that epiphany.

Money will be taken elsewhere and tyrannical Karens like you will go out of business. Simple as that.
Being a public business means it is owned by the public aka govt owned. That is different from a private business being open to the public....the public can come in but only under that private establishments rules...not the govts rules. So right now in Texas no one call tell you have to wear a mask in a government (public) building but business can still choose to or not
No. Ever hear of owning stocks of a PUBLICLY traded company? Public does not mean government owned, that is in communist (socialist) countries.
Again different definition of public...there can be a publicly traded company who does business on private property that they control the rules of who can come and go
Why all the rules? Total bullshit, we are free and should not have to do Simon Says. Fucking control freak leftists are the ones making these bullshit rules. What else are they going to make us do? We should make them go out of business.
We are still a nation of laws...its trespassing if they revoke the invitation to come on their property.
Antifa and BLM running amok say otherwise.
EXACTLY!
Hey, tjey can trespass you at any point you Refuse To leave private property. They can even exclude you from returning ever. We donit all the time to people who don't want to adhere to our policies. Mask ain't one of them but it could be.
That sounds like tyranny to me.
They also have to give public accommodation. If they're open to the public, they MUST accommodate. I think most states have this as a law.
That is true, but the CDC does not recognize masks as a health risk (which they are). On a side note, I love the irony of banning smoking indoors because of breathing issues. Just saying.
Yes is a trespassing charge not some bull mask law. No shirts, no shoes, no mask....
If they mandate mask I shop elsewhere
Do NOT give them detailed medical information, made up or not. Asking for that info is illegal. Dont play into it as if they have the right to ask.
Right. You have a condition. Period. That's all they need to know.
I love using their own weapon (medical excuse) against them.
"You hafta wear this muzzle because medical reason!"
"I don't hafta wear it, because....medical reason!"
It shuts "em up and shuts 'em down
I hope all of the rest of those customers decided to close their accounts after watching that. I know I would have. Jeez, the smug bank lady who pointed the lady out probably feels like she got some major brownie points today.
Imagine going into a bank wearing a mask just two years ago! Oh how the times have changed!
I’m in LA and it blows my mind this bullshit is happening in a place like Galveston since I look at TX and FL as the last bastions of freedom in America
Texas has changed fren, especially any of the big cities. Austin is basically Cali east tho more libertarian still on average.
For example: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/mask-mandate-ken-paxton-texas-attorney-general-sues-austin-for-refusing-to-lift/
I gotta say I'm conflicted about Paxton. He is a gunslinger with lawsuits but many of them get thrown out on procedural grounds. Sometimes it's grandstanding, sometimes it's common sense, sometimes it's fights over where local control starts and stops.
Lots of businesses in Mississippi are NOT recognizing the lift either. Big box stores. Fast food restaurants. Haven’t been to a bank but I bet the national ones aren’t recognizing the lift either. It’s good to go out daily (without a mask) just to make a point. Help give others the courage to take theirs off. Why is there a game called “Follow the Leader” and not one called “Lead the Followers?”
People can benefit from seeing courage in others. Businesses can benefit from realizing customers are people with minds to choose. They treat customers like given commodities. Was at Walmart other day (targeted maskless mission) and saw line after line of masked individuals waiting to check themselves out. Waiting to do all of the work for the business they are patronizing. No thank you. Tired of that. People don’t treat people as if they are fellow humans. It’s shocking.
Now shop at our locally-owned grocery store. People are super friendly. The cashiers are friendly. Everyone recognizes you as a fellow human. Eye contact. Greetings. And even “Hey! How are you today? Can I help you find something?”
WOW! What a difference!
I’d love to see the local grocery store return to helping deliver groceries to people’s cars again. Even if it’s just on one Saturday a month. Would love to see business make an effort to humanize our society. People could even volunteer to do it. Something. Enough of sterile (at best) interactions at these businesses.
We’ve fallen so far within ONE year that you can get arrested for NOT wearing a mask inside a BANK in TEXAS for a virus with a 99.99997 percent recovery rate. At this rate we will never reach the precipice.
A little over a year ago you were more likely to get shot by wearing a mask into a bank.
In the end times everything turns upside down.
arrested for NOT wearing a mask inside a bank.......
Naw, don't even. Simply smile, say you are not able to comply and I DO appreciate your concern.
And waltz on by.
We have a small biz in Texas, the shop is in Houston actually, a yuge sanctuary city of loons. Our policy has always been that we offer you a mask if you lack one, and if you say you are not able to mask we then say we understand and will you please distance and how can we help you?
Plz don't irritate us with nonsense, and plz don't lie to us, claiming a condition you don't really have, that pisses us off, is too much info and no one cares. I have always reserved the right to refuse service to anyone, another reason I love Texas my place is my place. If a privately owned business here asks you to leave you are trespassing if you refuse, it's just that simple.
In this case it is alleged the Texas Patriot Lady was informed she should mask or accept other accommodation, she refused and was informed she had to leave or the bank was calling the cops. She apparently stayed, perhaps engaging with others present, don't l know.
Vids I've seen only start when the cop arrives, he is directed to her, they banter a sec, she turns to leave, he tells her nope you are gonna be arrested and grabs her.
Even if the Lady was being a bit loud and rowdy inside, as is alleged, the cop did act as a thug, down she went and cuffed. He can be thankful that was not my Lovely Wife. She DID turn to leave, he insisted on arrest, and that is tyranny, he should have escorted her pout, helped her arrange her banking even.
Bad cop, but when you are asked to leave, leave, it will not im[prove from there.
If you want peaceable resolution there are ways, but once the cop arrives it can turn sour very fast.
That was unnecessary, he needs to be fired, perhaps, at least trained, be evaluated mentally.
https://files.catbox.moe/052fj5.png
You don't actually believe viruses respect a 6 ft distance but will get you at five. Stop it.
Word. Nobody knows how many feet. People know it travels by aerosol out of people's breath/mouth and infects the lungs (if you inhale the breath of someone who is infected), and basic physics says stuff about gravity and how fast drops of fine liquids drop.
Where are you Abbott? Cruz any Texas politician?. Where are you you fkn cowards .. I know none of the people in the bank come on this site ..but they all deserve a punch in their face for not at least saying something and walking out of the bank , how could people especially the man that was her age stand there and watch this happen and not say something while walking out ! Crickets from the other customers , no one wants to be arrested, I’m not saying they should have attacked the cop, but to not say something as they walked out?? I’m fucking horrified!
Abbott is busy calling Gab anti-Semitic.
Cruz... guess he's in Washington DC, hopefully filibustering the crazy stuff the Democrats are passing.
Maybe Ken Paxton...
I just went to a Bank of America yesterday here in Florida. I didn't wear a mask. Everyone else did though.
It’s simple.... US 18 section 242... sue the shit out of law enforcement or the judiciary... eventually those fuckers will either stop from all the lawsuits , or they can be jailed themselves...
So she was arrested for NOT looking like she was going to rob the place. More upside down clown world antics.
Anon1970. I may have down voted by accident my finger slipped across the screen I’m not sure if that was me if it is I wish there was a way I could change it I’m so sorry if I did that I actually upvoted your reply
I did try so maybe it wasn’t me who downvoted. .? I’m new and still learning ..thank you
No problem pede.
Ahh thank you , I’m still learning, speaking of learning ...I’m not sure how to find out , but do people ever meet up besides the Jan 6 deal lol ..do people in certain states ever do meet ups .. I’m in SD I feel like I’m the only patriot here sometimes. Sure would be nice to meet with normal people
Why was she inside a Blight on America branch to begin with? At 65 should know better
Fuck the police
With all the crime in the cities, THIS is what the thugs are doing. The bank, the cop, the bystanders.........ugliness.
Its super nice that after only a year he gave you most of your freedom back.that guy is nice.
Bank of America teaches a few million more they should be doing business somewhere that believes in the customer is always right and the customer is not their subject.
Fuck BOA.
Cabelas in Texas doesn't enforce masks
Funny how a year ago, walking into a bank WITH a mask on would warrant SWAT Team involvement and your arrest.
Still digesting all of this, but this is INCREDIBLE OP. The kind of OP I'd love to see cross posted to TDW, because, frankly, they could use some articulation and focus. I definitely would like to see it stickied here on GAW, as it's the best, easily digestible advice on mask related civil disobedience I've yet seen.
Tremendous thanks. ?
BoA blows. WalMart sux. Target? People need to get tough and avoid big chain stores like the plague. I pay more in gas and time to go elsewhere EVERY time I leave the house. Do your part.
There's nothing that needs to be clarified. She was forced to leave for trespassing after they told her to leave and she wouldn't.
Edit: I'm making a list to every business forcing mask mandates after they aren't "required" and never going there again. It's their loss. They'll soon realize they're hurting their business when people go somewhere that doesn't require them.
