Do you think anybody cares about Any court decisions? They are comprimised. Everbody thinks all Amerians are Law abiding which we are....but not to Unlawful courts or Laws.

Agreed, and that will happen on a small local scale in rural areas but the rest, they will hide the 'illegal' ones. They'll say well it's safe and I have it and no one will take it from me. Conditions were as follows; no plow service, no grounds keeping service for public parks, no street sweeping service, drive down the center of the street or get a nail in your tire, no animal control, a deadly feral dog pack of 15 lived on my block, no city inspections or evictions for living in a derelict house, police response time 45 minutes, half of the lots were vacant the houses demolished, half of the houses left were abandoned, the other half occupied but half of those derelict. I lived in a neighborhood where houses were free and my neighbors stole gas and electricity from the city. So no, unfortunately we are not going to kick out the bad politicians and save the country because no one wants to live in their districts and they cheat. Easy to do when the voter rolls have never been purged and no one lives in your city anymore. So get to know your neighbors because when the lights go out, that's all you have.

People think that the SCOTUS makes law with their decisions. They issue OPINIONS on various cases. Many opinions are great, some are traitorous. Ultimately, it is what WE, the people, say things are--as long as the Constitution is the standard.
Actually, they do "make law." That's what we don't like about the Supreme Court. They don't keep to decision making.
It's just one more thing to rectify. The judiciary does not make law but the people and other public servants think they do.

Unfortunately, they have been working these 2A cases through the lower courts knowing full well they would make it to a compromised SCOTUS. If the stolen elections are any indication of how treasonous our courts have become, we are going to get screwed by the high court again. They are only getting started with their gun grab.

Patriots are being singled out one at a time and are being persecuted. The are being made examples of to other Patriots to demonstrate, for all to see, what will happen when we try to buck their agenda. They are passing unconstitutional laws that literally make us criminals for exercising our rights. Anyone can be arrested and jailed for almost anything. They are overriding our protections against warrantless searches in the name of "community safety concerns" in order to confiscate our weapons. The fact that their are "law enforcement" officers willing to violate another American God given rights is disturbing - and we are seeing this occur on a daily basis.
I do not plan on compliance no matter what they decide. But, those that have people that depend on them may make decisions differently than those that don't have families that need them. We see over and over again that those with tough talk in the beginning cave in the end when real pressure is being exerted on them - or someone they care about. We saw plenty of it when we tried to fight the fraud that was called a presidential election.
This is war and if history is any indication, time and time again, people cave in the face of tyranny and capitulate thinking they are protecting themselves or their families. The immediate danger takes precedent over any of the long term disaster they could face in the future. When people's lives and freedom are on the line, softer Americans I am afraid will knuckle under to the boot on their neck. I have seen people kowtow for much less. That is why I think that someone like you and me will have to make decisions of drawing that line in the sand. I only pray that enough will stand to actually make a difference. God bless Patriot.

It likely will go to an appeals court.but the state of AZ for example passed 2a carry. Why would that state sudden be expected this stupid ruling and order anyone to enforce it???? The protection for those states is themselves not complying with unconstitutional drivel.from the federal courts. This will probably end up in universal carry in Lmost every state.
I may be wrong, but my reading of the decision is that it does not prevent states from enacting laws that prohibit open or conceal carry. If state law allows open or concealed carry, you should be okay. This case came from Hawaii.

I agree with both your posts. However you may be a sovereign American, instead of a S.C. That would make you "King Slave", in case you did not know. No bad intentions meant. They cannot take something away from us that they didn't give us, the right to bear arms. You have always had the right to carry, if you paid for a piece of paper to carry then you asked for their permission. We all know who we get our permission from ?. Study the Constitution everyone. They can make up any non-sense they want as long as it doesn't abridge the Constitution as it was written.

I have traveled 1000s of miles in this country through many many states east to west, north to south with hand warmers and fishing poles. Never had any problems ( I don't apply for silly papers). I wonder how it got to that point for them?
I completely understand, I was pulled over a long time ago (20yrs) with my brother and the cop asked if we had any weapons in the vehicle. We both busted out laughing and said pick your poison, he knew the jig stopped their. We had a work van filled with ironworking tools, everything/anything can be a weapon. I only bear arms not weapons, firearms, assault rifle, etc. or any other bs. Arms are merely private property. Language, language, the courts will get you with it and the definitions. Lots of people don't know and drive through NJ, or NY get pulled over, cop sees that magazine is in the pistol, no permit for said pistol, or ammo loaded in the clip even if it's removed from the gun. They get jail time often.

No I am not part of that movement. The point I was trying to make is when will we stop being a drone or have the hive mentality and follow laws passed by corrupt and immoral people? Laws that serve the people to become better like sest belts speed limits etc. Those save lives. Laws that force us to pay taxes for abortions are not good. Guns are a right not a privilege.

I honestly don’t know a single person in real life that doesn’t own several guns. I’m pretty sure 99% of homes in my city have firearms. They can pass whatever law they want but they’ll never succeed in confiscating them.
