Isn't that what he's done for most major actions? Forming a commission allows them to say they fulfilled a campaign promise, when in reality it just moves the goalpost.

I believe they are vague to both hint at a future plan, and sometimes white hats like Trump Pompeo and Scavino reference them in tweets for no other reason than to show us PANIC, and panic those not already submitted.
Seriously. Even with the "conservative majority," it still acts like the judicial arm of the Democrat party. I haven't seen anything good come out of the new justices. The only good justice on the court I can think of is Clarence Thomas. The rest seem to be about as leftwing as it gets.
