Its been a series of very long days, brain is slow, but I recall quite a few flag related threads, especially early in 2021. And distinctly remember people mentioning the POW MIA flag. I feel like this was also mentioned in a lot of those "Live White House Video (GET IN HERE!)" threads.
If true, this very clearly could be a signal. Additionally it feels like the Law of War Manual has been gaining momentum in the Q Zeitgeist lately. Which, honestly, is making me feel like it is basically the key to a ton of these Qlues. Which makes absolute stone cold sense.

If it's a high political figure like Obama, then it couldn't be done in the Trump administration, as it would look too partisan. It could potentially be Bush, or maybe a high profile celebrity like Oprah.
