Visited my aunt today. She’s vaxxed and a full-on Covidiot, I’m obviously not. I’m getting married soon-ish and this is how the conversation went:
Her: “people would feel more comfortable coming if you were vaccinated before the wedding”
Me: “well that’s a personal decision and I won’t be coerced.”
Her: “what if you get Covid and have to cancel?”
Me: (in my head) “I had Covid already over a year ago, and produced antibodies with no illness after being heavily exposed around the holidays. I’m not fucking getting Covid again ?”
Me: “I’m not letting that influence my decision, either.”
She didn’t get huffy with me, thank God, but HOW DARE SHE try to tell me that people won’t come to MY wedding if I’m not vaccinated? I’m home now but damn I wish I would’ve told her “well there’s money saved on catering costs”.
These people...if any of my family refuses to come to my wedding because I’m not vaxxed, well they can kick rocks. This is weeding out the people in my life who care more about me complying with the status quo than sharing in the happiest day of my life. Fuck ‘em. End rant.
I really try not disparage the people I speak with that have been 'vaccinated' regarding their choice, but if they start poking into my business regarding the issue I'll be happy to tell them why I'm not taking it.

Netanyahu contracted with Pfizer to receive “a huge quantity of millions of vaccine portions” in exchange for giving the company secret and personal medical information about people “without their knowledge or consent in advance,” Anshe Ha-Emet alleges.
Labeling the Covid inoculation as “an innovative medical treatment” that introduces a “synthetic mRNA to the body” (the vaccine has only recently obtained FDA approval in the United States — an approval that is not final and was obtained in an emergency procedure only) and detailing 22 side effects of the vaccine, the complaint notes that the “long-range influence of the treatment” is not scientifically tested and the “long-range effect and safety of the treatment on its recipients are unknown.”
“The Nuremberg Code, written after Nazi doctors were put on trial for performing their medical experiments on concentration camp prisoners, stipulates that it is deeply unethical to force or coerce a person to take part in medical experiments,” Jewish anthropologist Karen Harradine told Church Militant.
“Laying out guidelines for medical experimentation, the code states: ‘The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential,'” Harradine explained.
Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla triggered outrage when he called Israel the “world’s lab” for the Pfizer-BioNTech experimental vaccine during an NBC News interview in February.
Bourla now says he regrets using the phrase “world’s lab” when referring to Israel, though he does not regret choosing Israel as a case study to examine the jab’s efficacy.
Bourla was forced to cancel his visit to Israel in March after it emerged he had not been fully vaccinated using the second shot of his company’s own vaccine because he does not want to “cut in line.”
Mark P. Dillon, head of the ICC Office of the Information and Evidence Unit, acknowledged receipt of the suit on March 13, noting that it would be treated according to “the provisions of the Rome Statute of the ICC.”
However, Dillon’s letter clarified that the acknowledgment letter does not mean “an investigation has been opened; norwill be opened by the Office of the Prosecutor.”
“The complaint for violation of the Nuremberg Code has been accepted and The Hague International Criminal Court is sitting on the bench. … We will continue to update,” Ruth Machnes Suchovolsky, a lawyer representing Anshe Ha-Emet, wrote on social media.

I looked my Mom (immuno supressed somewhat) in the eyes and said, "okay. That's your choice. I'm still not getting it." That set her and my Dad off into a foamy rage. I finished most of my beer and went home. My Grandma (she also has the vax) saw it all, and is not happy with my parents. I work for a healthcare system. They can't make the vax mandatory but it didn't stop them from sending me a work email telling me they don't have me down as having been vaccinated. If I've had it elsewhere they want to know so they can record it.? I won't respond as it wouldn't be good.

I've been complaining about the medical industry for the majority of my adult life, so my family only tried the, "Well we wish you'd get vaccinated," once or twice before they dropped it entirely.
