I didn't get my first shot today and I feel great. No side affects or even any soreness. I think I'll do Deadlifts today. Just wanted to share, I'll report back after not getting the 2nd jab weeks from now.

My family has refused to take the Covid-19 "vaccine". We are simply building up our immune systems, getting plenty of good fresh air and sunshine, taking our vitamins and eating healthy.
My daughter even surprised me last week. She said she wouldn't even consider dating a boy who has taken the "vaccine". There would always be a worry about what sort of mental or genetic damage the "vax" has done... and what it would do in the future. It's not worth it. She's well ahead of the curve on this one.
When the facts begin coming out about the long-term vax damage in a year from now... many people who took it will have their lives ruined.
We live in the SF Bay Area. We're definitely the minority in not getting vaxxed. My daughter is in high-school and most of her friends have been vaxxed.
Although it looks like people are getting sick and infertal just being around vaxxed people now. Have heard several crazy stories and my wife suddenly became ill after being around a vaxxed person for a few hours. What the Hell is going on??

Same here in Chicago. My son got his first shot today. Told him not to but he's an adult. He's really tired. Wanted to work out but decided he isn't going to go.
Hang tough! Peer pressure, especially at that age and college is so pervasive. Mine are now adults in 20's and have internalized all I've shared over the years. No jabs for the last 14 or more years (including college). Having a canned response that feels good to say is key when everyone is asking, "Did you" or "When are you?" I like the "I was asked to be in the control group for this experiment" or "I had the virus, so have full immunity". The Bay Area is tough right now.
I prefer to tell the truth and not perpetuate the hoax.
Its harder for kids with peer pressure. If you are a teen, good for you.
I guess there's no harm in teaching your kids to betray their morals, and lie, in to appease tyrants by giving them their public endorsement and providing excuse to their betters.
Other people will teach their kids different things, but given the societal reaction to COVID-19, I'd guess most agree with you.

It just doesn’t make sense to even consider it. It’s not even a thought that runs through me or my families heads. If you’re old or have bad underlying conditions and want to risk getting this literal experimental vaccine...then go ahead. But over 99 percent of people are fine

Most people state that you are more likely to experience zero side affects after not receiving the second shot.
That's what I'm hearing too. I might have to take the day off after not getting the second jab. I think I might be feeling too good to work.

Deadlifts, clean eating, and 30 seconds daily of perineum sunning is my vax.
My only supplements are protein and vitamin D.
I'm pretty sure you don't have to go through the trouble of sunning only one part of your body. Depending upon the location and crowd size, that could be awkward.

My brother got shingles from his second jab. His daughter refuses to get one because she wants children. My brother is actually a pretty smart dude and sees the light now. He only did it because he travels for work. He really should just retire at this point because he will collect more in retirement than actually working so what the hell.

This is my wheelhouse and I have been looking for a source just like this. Most cannot relate to my technical shop talk and I desperately want to communicate the risks of these experimental medical devices without having to send people to hundreds of sites with information that is not easily understood by those outside of biological sciences. In addition, the writer is staying completely away from politics and is not condescending - he just wants honest and open scientific debate. I didn't get one shot and I sure as shit ain't getting two shots. I feel great. Hiked in the presidential mountain range this past weeked ,summited the 5th highest peak in the white mountains national forest. I have also refused to quarantine when I travel. Barely rarely wear a mask .. I drive afterhours when covid is the worse. In case you don't know ..in blue states. After 10 pm covid is the most lethal...and I'm loving life ...

I had Covid late last year. Had a mild fever for a day, couldn't taste anything and was really fatigued for a few days. Back to normal in a week though lingering taste issues lasted for maybe a month.
The sinus infection I had earlier in the year was 10x worse.
I'm never getting the jab, they can GTFO with that.
I think i had in March '20. I rarely go in to see the doctor but I was sick for over a month and was not getting better. Tests showed up nothing but this was before the COVID tests were out. So they didn't actaully do shit for me but cost me time and money, And I got better on my own. At the time I thought COVID-19 was just respiratory, but later they started describing no taste, fatigue, etc.

A coworker today was bragging about getting her 2nd shot in a week. She's having a surgery the next day! Think about that...she's taking a shot that could cause blood clots and then having surgery the next day. She's a heavy smoker too, so I hope she gets through it okay. She's genuinely a nice person.
I don't know what to say to people....bring up the horrible possibilities with the vax and then they tell you they already took it.....what to say?....knowing that so many might just not be around in several months...

I hate to tell you that your worries are not over. Someone that makes it past this first hurdle will face a risk this fall when cold and flu infections abound due to immune priming and enhancement. Of course it will be blamed on "variants" instead of the jabs.
The best thing they could do is get their vitamin D levels up - I mean around 70-80 nmol/l. Vitamin C is important along with RDA levels of Zinc which is about 10mg a day. Jarrow Formulas makes a good product that is Zinc and Copper. Both of those minerals balance each other. It is not good to take Zinc alone for too long because it will lower Copper levels that can lead to anemia. Someone that has a history already of anemia needs to be careful when trying to load up on Zinc. Medicinal mushrooms are also of benefit for not only dealing with infection but as a cancer preventative. These supplements can be taken safely by people with a variety of medical conditions and that are on several medications - especially blood thinners.
The bottom line is that if they want to protect themselves against the changes in their immune systems that the vaxines caused, they need to help their immune systems overcome the deficits they will for sure be faced with until their bodies can try to return to a more normal state - that is as long as they do not get any more vaccines - any vaccines! By the way, a huge VA study linked flu vaccines to an increased risk of coronaviral infections. So, the COVID jabs are not the only vax that needs to be considered here. We are destroying our God given natural immune systems by all this man-made interference. It will kill us.

I wish the best for both of them. My mom said that she is not getting it. My MIL got it a few months ago and has been getting headaches ever since. She regrets it and doesn't even believe it protects her.
