Too many people in this comment section are going insane. I work with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, or SSMS (which was the program shown in the video) almost daily.
The white hat hacker's laptop is running SSMS. He is connecting to the SQL Server instance running on the Dominion machine. The point is that votes can be changed by an outside user in real time while the machine is counting ballots. That's such an obvious security hole that could be plugged by simply blocking the incoming port while the machine is in tabulation mode. It takes literally 10 minutes to write code to do that.
I don't know the rest of the details, which is how the white hat guy obtained the credentials to the SQL instance. If there's no password, or the password is on the dark web (Pillow Guy claimed many election department passwords were on the dark web), that's even worse.
Let's not get started on all the other security holes these Dominion scanners have... such as being able to count the same ballot multiple times, as demonstrated on video at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta.

SQL can be modified with command line, don't even need SQL Mgmt Studio. The real issue would be how secure it was from the actual user interface or over the network. SQL is so ubiquitous it doesn't have any link to Gates in this situation.

Being already setup for multiple counties completely invalidates, IMO, this states entire election. Any and all of these could be tainted. From a technical background, I'd definitely say this is pretty damning.
this is where the Routers / Firewalls come into play, which have still been denied access too. Examination of these devices would be able to tell if ports / access on these devices were capable or not to be breached allowing external access to things such as a connection to an SQL database or other manipulation techniques.

If votes are tallied using MSSQL, then votes can be manipulated quite easily. I worked with MSSQL code for years. Unbelievable that all this is still going on. Everyone that is against this audit has much to lose and you know are corrupt. Most likely those who won their elections really didn't.

Think about it. You'd want to use a dominion machine to easily manipulate an election. Dominion knows their machines aren't secure, but they'll gladly sell them to you and let you do whatever you want to them
Dominion can make bank and then plead ignorance about the security of the machines, leaving both the corrupt states using the machines and dominion themselves satisfied

Was it SSMS Client Tools or the DBMS? You can use SSMS to connect to a DB and edit/change data/run scripts against the DBs in SQL Server. SSMS by itself is NOT the DB engine.

Microsoft SQL that I'm familiar with is a program used to extract data from data bases through queries. I used it briefly. I am more familiar with program known as TOAD. Get access to a database and anything you want to change or delete can be 'fixed'.
They both can find data, change data, delete data, and insert data.
Toad is aight. Used it quite a bit for both Oracle and SQL Server.

You seem to be confused.
SQL by itself does nothing but help tag and organize data. Tools (like TOAD) can then be used to make sense of that Data. The situation or use-case will determine the value of the tool used to make sense of the SQL managed Data points.

VP of Technology here. Endgame-now is correct. The SQL tool that Oblakhan is referring to used to be called SQL Server Query Analyzer. SQL Server Management Studio is the admin tool. Query Analyzer can do a subset of what SSMS can do.
TOAD is very similar to Query Analyzer, but is more often used by the Oracle community.
I would guess what was found on the voting machine was not an instance of SQL Server itself. But we'll have to wait and find out.
