My main point was that the term was universally understood. There was zero outcry over this word. Changing the way people speak on a term that has zero teeth is simply put a waste of time and energy.
He said we think in terms and gender. I said no we don't that is why catchalls exist in our language. Changing this is actually damaging to our language as it removes a harmless term which forces us to think in gender, which is of course thought control.
In the end, he started attacking me because his logic was invalid, that this was harming ladies when it wasn't. It was just a power grab. I laughed him off.

Please consider using more inclusive terms instead. (Example: The Party, The State, Free Slaves or Corporate Umbrella Owned Modified Organisms or just Cuomo's for short. Seems one of the normies in my office took offence and instead of debating it with me, went over my head and complained to the boss.

Before the election, some people made a channel that was made "particularly for discussion around topics of the US election" (we're not from the US so I can't really see why they care anyway).

It was soon after that that I got hauled into a meeting and told to stop talking about "race and privilege" because people were getting uncomfortable. So as you can imagine I was like WTF you guys started this channel and said that this was the place to discuss it. The boss was like "Just think about what you say before you say it". I was like "This other guy just called all Trump supporters fucking terrorists, what are you going to do about that?" and that's when they ended the meeting.

If I recall correctly, the Spanish language uses gender for many words (i.e., masculine/male and feminine/female) which determines the adjectives. Even words like bathroom have gender. En el baño is masculine and has the masculine adjective "el" (means in the bathroom). How do these "woke" idiots decide what is & is not politically correct, and do they expect to change the Spanish language (which needs no correction)?
