I assume we should expect the vaccine in just about all tissue as I assume the vaccine travels via the blood and is supposed to travel to all cells. Just after the section in the page you reference it also says mRNA concentrations became undetectable after 24 hours.
No mate, the idea is the "vaccine" goes into your arm intramuscularly, is taken up by cells local to that area and begin to manufacture spike proteins in that area, your immune system then attacks your own cells that have the spike protein on display and "learns" how to do that down the line.
What's happening instead is the vaccine is getting into heart, lungs, pulmonary system in general and brain tissue, creating spike proteins there and being attacked by your own immune system - in case it wasn't clear you don't want your immune system attacking heart and lung and brain tissue.
mRNA concentrations being undetectable after 24h doesn't mean anything much if they're imply screening blood, it's undetectable because it's been absorbed into your cells. There's further conjecture that the trillions of spike proteins being created break off and travel around the blood stream and get caught up in your pulmonary system creating a microscopic backlog which induces clotting. Dr Hoffeman believes this is what's going on and has used D-Dimer tests to prove that 60% odd of his post vaccine patients have clotting happening in the blood. His concern is that microclots in the pulmonary system lead to permanent damage, once it's clotted a load of micro vessels up that's it, can't do anything about it.

It appears there is no deeper study of why the mRNA recedes, and consequently why it would not. They saw receding and were satisfied to test on other people.
