Every state gets paper for federal election from the US Printing Office. All federal ballots are the same size so this will be on the edge of every legal ballot. It can have all types of info encoded in it. Ballots are a controlled item like money.

I think that line is the edge of the surface they used to line the ballots up under the Jovan camera during the audit. It makes sense that every ballot is in slightly different position relative to the edge for each individual photo.
What I finally realized we were looking for is the little bluish dots randomly throughout the ballot. It's very hard to see unless you focus in by enlarging the whole video. At first I thought it was lines but then I could barely see the blue dots scattered throughout each ballot.
It matters to me because if I try to discuss it with somebody I won't be able to answer basic questions about how it works or where it is on the ballot or anything.

The problem is the Average American does have cabbage for brains. They can't understand the technical details of the proof being shown them. They don't get it. Even when the experts try to dumb it down they still don't get it. They simply trust the "Experts" in the Fake News when they are told this means nothing. This is a problem when it comes to the fraudulent elections. I'm not sure how they can get past this hurdle.
I do find it interesting that the Treasury spends a massive amount of money making sure every single $20 bill produced is protected by multiple counterfeiting countermeasures, and vigorously protects that money with a small army.
But ballots, which are vastly more valuable than $20 each, aren't given the same type of up front protection or investigation for fraud....

I have a hard time believing that Biden could get nearly 70 million votes. I think even breaking 50 million would be a challenge for him.

This is the equivalent to the tiny yellow dots that inkjet printers place on every printed page, which ties the printouts to the source.
