There is no “Canadian Education Minister”. Education is not federal here in Canada, so there would be many “education ministers” - at least one for each Province. Nobody is identifying who this person is or where he is. Also, the URL for one of the videos says this unidentified person is saying “the State” owns the kids - we don’t have “States” in Canada either, so this isn’t language a public official in Canada would use.
