Damn right, James Woods!!
The Biden body double.
Said it all alongβ¦.
?????
Kinda joking, kinda not. There is a theory of an actor playing Biden and James wood looks like a good fit. James wood is also an official 9/11 witness.
Consider this...."They" have a Biden double, and perhaps we have one as well...what if they break down and have to admit Biden had already been gone before his ahem Presidency?
Exactly. People need to understand this. Everybody is running around saying, what do I do - my job mandated vaccines, etc. My point is, our beautiful Constitution guarantees (not grants or gives) our inalienable rights. Our inalienable rights are given to us by our Creator.
Amendments 9 and 14 section 1 are, imo, the strongest for this particular situation (mandates, etc.) however, I believe a case could be made for 4 and 8, as well. There's really no need to run around looking for an exemption when your rights that are protected by the Constitution ARE the exemption.
Anything not expressly forbidden by the law is permitted. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights are about what they canβt take away from you at all, no matter what laws they pass.
Enough so that they made it exceedingly difficult to let them even repeal those amendments.
Although you are right, they did things so that the Constitution doesn't apply to us. US Citizens have privileges. American Nationals have rights.
The 14th Amendment made a new jurisdiction with a new type of citizen. Prior to this people were citizens of their state or just considered American Nationals.
This new jurisdiction created US Citizens. From that point forward everyone who was born was put into this new jurisdiction as a US citizen.
To correct this you must correct your political status and be recognized as an American national or state citizen. US Citizens do not have constitutional rights.
Yes but when you live in a state that your employer can fire you for whatever reason they want to, what can you do? Not much but look for another job.
You can still file for unemployment. I've been fired for bullshit reasons (things I didn't do) from 2 places. Both times I collected unemployment because while Ohio is an "at-will" state, and they can fire me for wearing the wrong color of nail polish, they still have to pay unemployment benefits if I can show that I didn't get fired for cause (breaking policy or doing something obviously wrong). Both times the employer tried to fight my application but I won. And in this climate, you're better off getting fired than quitting because later I really believe we're going to see massive repercussions for them firing people for refusing the jab. If you haven't already lost your job, be sure to submit a religious exemption in writing before they fire you - that should sweeten the pot later for the 1st Amendment violations. Just my opinion, but I've been reading a lot about this lately.
I was fired one time, and they had my manager show up at the employment office to lie about me. "He treats customers badly." "I was there three whole years." "You don't get unemployment, and there's no appeal. You can leave now."
I reject that. Could they fire you for your religious beliefs or because of you race? No. And I've seen too many lawyers say it's not true.
Yeah but you know as well as I do they wonβt say thatβs why they fired you. I donβt even think they have to tell you why, if they want you gone they fire you. I would think usually they will find some reason to fire you if they want you gone. Now itβs mandating the vaxx. Even though our state has said businesses & schools canβt require you to show proof of this vaxx to go into businesses or schools. But my friend is having this issue with her work right now, and I think they will get away with it because they have big contracts with the military. They said if they arenβt vaxxed by a certain date their IDβs will be denied entry to the job site. And we know they are mandating the vaxx on the military. I told her to try and get a religious exemption but she said sheβs not really religious, I said they donβt have to know that. She can get help with writing the form, her sister is religious and will help her because she doesnβt want her sister to get the shot either, she thinks like we do here.
This might help her. https://greatawakening.win/p/13zMe5K5Ue/for-those-wanting-to-get-a-relig/c/
Thank you, I just finished watching the video. Apparently the Pfizer vaxx also has a parasite in it...
https://greatawakening.win/p/13zMeC7uFd/pfizer-vax-contains-a-parasite-k/c/
Here's a link that the OP of the above post also shared this article on what's in the vaccines, scroll down to the part it says "Are There Parasites in the Pfizer "Vaccines"?"
https://www.drrobertyoung.com/post/transmission-electron-microscopy-reveals-graphene-oxide-in-cov-19-vaccines
Thanks. The parasite thing is especially freaky. Well, it's all freaky.
I am a religious person, and I am not Anti-Vaxx. However, I will be using a religious exemption for the military based on the fact that we have been lied to from day one about this pandemic and the jab from a government that has shown nothing but contempt for my Christian Faith. We know there are alternative treatments which were kept from us so that they could pass the EUA, and the government keeps moving the goal posts. First we just needed to lock down for a couple weeks to flatten the curve. Then once the vaccine came out we would all be fine if we got fully vaccinated. Now we are told the vaccine is not 100% effective and can still catch and transmit the virus. It has all been lies from day one, and I know the devil can only use lies and deceit against me. I admit am scared, but I have never felt more convicted about something in my adult life. I will die on this hill, and God will protect me. I will be using the book of Romans chapter 14 which is about sins of the conscience.
Romans 14:13-14 Therefore let us stop passing judgement on one another. Instead, make up your mind not to put any stumbling block or obstacle in the way of a brother or sister. I am convinced, being fully persuaded in the Lord Jesus, that nothing is unclean in itself. But if anyone regards something as unclean, then for that person it is unclean.
Romans 14:22-23 So whatever you believe about these things keep between yourself and God. Blessed is the one who does not condemn himself by what he approves. But whoever has doubts is condemned if they eat, because their eating is not from faith; and everything that does not come from faith is sin.
Will the military except a religious exemption? I ask because my son is NG, and isn't getting the shot or flu shot no matter what they do to him for not getting them. I'm grateful that he is making a stand. Though he had drill this past weekend and he said they didn't even mention the vaxx mandate at all. So fingers crossed that some commanders aren't enforcing it, I don't know, I'm glad they didn't say anything about it. And also because of my friend I was talking about, because I bet they will use the military contracts as an excuse of why they have to mandate it. I think she believes in God but she doesn't go to church like her sister does. I met this friend because I have been friends with her sister for a long time. They are both good people. She probably won't try to use the religious exemption because she will feel guilty about it. Just like she wouldn't try to get a fake card either. She doesn't ever lie about anything, and she straight shoots what she wants to say, whether you like it or not, lol. She tells people if you don't like the fact I'm not wearing a mask in my office then don't come in here, lol. I've been sending her anything & everything I can find or come across so that she is well informed if she tries to fight it. Told her do not quit, make them fire you. Get other like minded employees and find a lawyer together. They only have about 3 weeks left before their deadline.
I am Air National Guard, and our supervision has basically stated that we should not make an irrational decision to take the shot if we do not want it yet. They have provided guidance for the process to submit either, a religious exemption or a medical exemption. Our active duty counterparts in my unit have until Nov. 2 to get fully vaccinated, and we (for now) have until Dec. 2. The feeling I get is our State Guard Bureau is looking at options. There is also a class action lawsuit filed by the Marines against the Sec. Def. They want to see how this plays out. As a guard member we may have a little more weight because we are not as easy to replace as our active duty counterparts. I had a meeting with my First Sgt about this and explained that I am religious, I go to church, but that is not why I will not take the shot. I have taken every other shot they have given me including anthrax since I enlisted in 2003. Given what I know now, I believe God is telling me to take a stand on this issue, and be a light to anyone around me who needs support or guidance.
Thank you for telling me this, I appreciate it! I was so worried when I first heard of the mandate. I just feel in my bones that my son would be hurt by the vaxx if he took it. My "feelings" are usually spot on when I get them, I just have to trust them and not wonder if I'm just a worried mom or if God is telling me something I need to listen, you know? I also told my son not to get the flu shots anymore either, he gets sick every time he takes it because the military tells him it's mandatory. If the flu shot makes him sick imagine what this vaxx will do to him? And he lives a very healthy lifestyle, eats right, exercises not only in the gym but in Jiu Jitsu also multiple times a week. He's also a level 2 crossfit trainer. I told him to look into a health exemption if he could actually find a doctor who would help him with it because of how the flu shots affect him, but the only thing is would the NG hold that against him? Whereas they most likely won't with a religious exemption.
I don't know what's going to happen, but my "feeling" on it is to wait, just wait. I think things will turn around and the mandates will stop. Not that I think people should not go ahead with if they are thinking on doing an exemption, because it might help them until the time comes that things get turned around. Does that make sense? Like no one should quit their jobs (unless they found another job) and wait it out, even if that means being laid off, because even if you're laid off there are jobs out there though maybe not what you were doing before and may not like or get paid the same, but when things turn around, maybe they will offer their job back. At least you will be alive and not vaxxed injured for the rest of your life.
It doesn't matter what the "lawyers say." The law in NC (as I was taught in college) says that "an employer can fire you for a good reason, a bad reason, or no reason at all." That's an exact quote from class.
It doesn't matter what you were taught in class ...
The law says it, and the law acts that way. So that's what it is. And my teacher was also a practicing attorney.
So yes, if they actually said that they were firing you because of your race, you might be able to sue for damages based on racism, but not on the fact that you were fired. You would still be out of a job, and suing wouldn't change that.
So your rejecting that doesn't change the fact that in NC you actually can be fired for anything, and it will stand.
Only lead guarantees your rights. Or the promise of it. The first amendment is at its core a warning. That when it is threatened, some tyrants need to be taught a lesson.
He hasnβt been so quiet as of late love it !
Been busy playing biden
Ha !!
Almost exactly what Rush used to say. I believe he said the Bill of Rights were not a list of things citizens can do but a list of things gov't can not do. And he'd say that the left saw it and the constitution as a stumbling block
Wake up and realize how important this fact is and that no other country in the world has it.
This man sure has a way of saying a lot, by saying very little. He has developed it into an art
Itβs not a list of wedding gifts, itβs a prenup.
See, James Woods gets it...
Almost.
He's a little bit off, but he's nearly over the target.
The Constitution noes not "give" rights. Rights are inalienable.
he always does
I'm glad he is still making himself clear surprised though Twitter still lets him post
Hate speech laws Gun restrictions
They already have.
I can't believe they made James Woods from Family Guy real and based!
The ever based patriot, Mr woods
Gotta love James Woods.
What happens when they don't teach Civics classes in schools...
...is a whole population who no longer knows what their rights are as defined by our founding document.
If you do not know what those rights are, you dont know when to tell the Government to go fuck themselves.
That's where we're at.
Amen
Oooh, a piece of candy!
I'm sorry, but James Woods is incorrect.
The government does not give you rights. They are yours naturally. The constitution in general, and the Bill of Rights in particular is simply a legal framework to uphold those rights. It's a contract between the government and We the People stating that the government will protect your rights, and will not infringe upon them.
Christ, how did I read that so wrong... x.x;
A thinking man who happens to be an actor. Clear eyed thinker here. Thank you for all your posts.
