It would be my honor to be part of a revamping of pub ed back to an institution that grows the minds of children as critical and creative thinkers. Return it to an institution where parents are a part and happy to send their precious children to. Finally, help it become a place where going above and beyond is once again prized.
Public ed, as i work for them as well…is an easy fix… every aspect of No child left behind, common core, next gen science standards, etc… needs to be removed…
Secondly, we need to drop this notion that every student can achieve… the reality is that not all students will be doctors and scientists… some will become electricians, and carpenters (which are highly needed), while others will work at walmart… and all that is ok… because there is a job for everyone
Last, we need patriot type people getting involved in education and push the commies out. Home schooling is fine but will only impact your kids. This is all well and good, but one day your kids will rely on others to help them/care for them… and if the rest are something out of idiocracy, well then your kids will suffer one way or the other… the more kids we save, the greater our future becomes…
The arts and P.E. need to be brought back into the curriculum. Reading, writing and arithmetic needs to be front and center in the day to day classes from 1st grade through 12 grade. People should be able to do simple adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing in their heads by the time they are adults. Cursive needs to be brought back too. Pledge of Allegiance needs to be every day, like clockwork in classes too. Public schools should not be forced to wear uniforms. That is what Parochial schools are for! (LOL) Catholic humor here.
Add in that schools need to go back to two recesses and a lunch break. Kids need the movement and socialization. It is inhumane to have them at their desks for hours at a time. It would also help with fitness and obesity problems. And let teachers have some say in how their class is conducted. Right now teachers can get in trouble if they are not “teaching the curriculum” and are doing something like saying happy birthday to a student. I kid you not!
Lets not forget to bring back the Skills Classes....
Home Economics, where they teach Cooking, Cleaning, Ironing, Laundry, Accounting, Sewing, Architectural Design, etc.....
Shop, where they teach Wood working, Welding, Auto Mechanics, Small Engine repair, Metal Working, Leather Working, etc....
Farm Tech, yeah, it's a lost art.... Taking care of Domestic animals, How to grow your own Food, and lots more....
They removed all this from my school in 1981, luckily for my Community, we are a Ranching/Farming community.... We learned all this at home, or while hanging with friends...
But it isn't taught in schools, so you now have to pay to go to a ""Special Academy"" to learn all these things....
I learned them at home, and in school, BEFORE the 8th Grade.....
Here's my male engineer "kill the problem" solution; successful Reading Writing and Arithmetic, traditional civics & Phys Ed, prerequisite to even opening the other books.
Economy is holding up remarkably well for all the stress being put on it. What all we've been through with Covid and Dems would have entirely collapsed almost any other country into the oblivion of 50+% unemployment, a new Great Depression, and a total shutdown of manufacturing. Instead, the majority of our sectors are holding up, unemployment is rising but relatively slowly, and we're only seeing the beginnings of a large recession (though the markers for a worse potential are still looming).
Currency is pretty unstable. Mostly because of poor management and money printing for debt. Who saw that coming? It's just like every time but faster.
Overall, the morale of the people is okay, all things considered. Now, I'm not saying everyone is throwing happiness parades. I'm saying that the general feeling is one of apprehension not one of impending destruction. Nearly everyone in the country has found a reason that they have hit the end of their patience with the government, be it from Covid restrictions, from poor economic management, from obscene management of military (or healthcare or federal) workers, from terrible border policies, or from any number of other failures of this administration. This is a massive stress test, and it's the pushing of the People to the precipice that will fix the country moving forward.
You know what's working brilliantly? From every standpoint I can see, the Military and Mil Intelligence is working absolutely perfectly. Not one real threat has gotten to our shores, despite the state of our union. They've been on point with getting defectors from other nations, intel capture, and staying separated from the D5 (as they were created to be) despite this administration being frothing at the mouth to capture them. I'd argue they have been stress tested longer than any other system. They've passed. If they hadn't, we wouldn't be here.
The last thing to remember, God is not failing. God wins. Because we can rely on God and His ultimate Truth, we win in the end. NCSWIC WWG1WGA
You are correct! Many other countries have collapsed into utter chaos under the implementation of these early phases of the globalist agenda.
We are doing remarkably well here in the US, all things considered.
I stop and remind myself and my customers of this when either I or they digress into complaint about relatively small inconveniences or rumors of shortages that are likely deliberately manufactured to create low morale and discouragement among the populace.
Big Medicine/Pharma is going to fail. So is the public school system and the college indoctrination farms. I know medicine/pharma technically isn’t a government entity, but they’re controlled and hamstrung by the same people that run DC, soooo....
I like the idea of starting from the ground up. If the agency isn't mentioned in the Constitution then it's going to need to work really hard to justify its existence.
Obviously Dept. of Ed needs to be stripped down to a bare minimum; only overseeing some minimal nationwide standards. I think the Environmental Protection Agency should never have been made a separate agency, and should have just been a branch of the Dept. of Justice (but maybe now that we see how corrupt DOJ is, that would be worse, because they would then use environmental laws to harass conservatives/businesses even more than now)
They're already using EPA to harass business owners. One example would be aftertreatment on diesel exhaust systems and how much this has hurt and bankrupted owner operators in the trucking industry.
Also add in the ELD mandate on trucks. These are 2 examples i can give from the Transportation industry. I do not believe we need the government telling truck drivers when they have to sleep. Not that I'm all for letting it be a free for all either.
Former artist/designer: I would say, in my wildest dreams, that if things begin to be restructured, fine arts colleges will either begin to shutter or to pivot into more crucial education. If anything, maybe emphasize history through art instead of churning out disenfranchised artists taught shitty quick techniques. I am convinced dadaism, avant garde, brutalism, etc. were all created to demoralize and devalue beauty.
Education has to be crumbled and rebuilt.
Serious looks into travel infrastructure and maintenance. No doubt innovations in travel, materials, and processes are being held back. I can’t imagine what Chicago would look like without constant construction.
Hopefully rebuilding financial institutions destroy the need for welfare.
So much is broken. Everything needs a new coat of paint.
Look up those movements and tell me they weren’t designed to erode away classic techniques and beauty. There is so much more that has destroyed art. Follow the trends of war and revolution. You’ll see that after major conflicts, new schools were introduced that promoted efficiency, absurdity, and implied messaging.
Art used to be able to tell a story. Now, a couple wavy lines on a canvas supposedly “represents the turmoil of the human soul in its desperate attempt for relevance” or some such nonsensical self-appointed important message.
Source: went to art school from 18-29 on and off. They frown upon beauty. They hate crisp technique. They love the more inane bullshit and flowery descriptions you assign to your work.
Oddly enough, I was unable to access his website with the url you provided. Wouldn’t even show up until I typed out his complete name in a search engine.
If you like him his art criticisms are under WRITINGS. He says modernism is a 3 letter led psyops to debase art, and also then us. Much like you stated. : )
I'm in that super brain fog that comes from sleeping in and then hardwaking in the middle of an awesome dream, so the answer seems crystal clear to me:
Private corporate leadership, through the combined pressures of stock holders, insurers, lawfare and socially driven zeitgeist droning has FAILED.
We are no longer governed by Human Beings with Common Sense, but some hysterical vibrational energy - almost like a virus - that is trying to lead this whole magnificent herd of us off a cliff.
If I was forced to put my finger on a single Actor it'd be the Media. The toxic sludge feeding it all is ultimately "The Internet". Time for a watershed moment in how we interact with technology for worse (transhumanism) or Better (Awakening).
I think the legal system has to go. They follow hundred year old laws that have to stay on the books yet somehow have double standards for everything that they magically don't follow because it is "outdated" besides it being law. I truly believe the legal system has to be burned to the ground completely.
Also the legal system is slow and is at the root of almost every problem in society from regulation to education and more
Securities and investments need completely revamped. Tax laws need completely re written, governmemt programs for the poor.or jobless need retooled.completely.
Overall, the entirety of the financial system that remands everyones life to be nothing more than being a cog for cash.
We need a financial system that rewards all who give the effort and eliminates the need for 2-3 incomes for some families.to survive.
All of it. We don't need any of it. Homeland Security has always been the 100 million plus gun owners in this country. We were always "safe" from threats because of our guns. We don't need three letter bois, we don't need militarized police. We don't need federalized education. All of their systems are designed to prop up the pedophile elites. They need to be smashed into oblivion.
I think it will depend on how many in those sectors didn't take the vaccine so that they can survive without health problems into the future. Also how many traitors are involved in those sectors since many will be tried for treason or crimes against humanity with the election stealing and covid stuff. I think its going to be total chaos and we won't know until we're on the other side. The devolution stuff was just to keep the basic functions of government running through the chaos.
Amazing discussion question! Thankyou, thankyou. You have finally made sense of all the stuff I didn't understand about what is happening and why it is taking so long.
It's very clear that almost everything that is government or corporation run has to go. We, the people have to create new ways of interacting with each other and with nature that create community. I think a little struggle is always good to evoke new ideas and new institutions.
It will be a long time before anyone trusts anything again. Our own families are throwing us out because we won't take their jab.
What I am sorry for is collateral damage to the children. But the way we were headed would have destroyed our children totally for all time.
And for the adults dying from the jab, we have to know they would not have been behind all the changes we have to make as a people. Bless them!
Please fail public ed. I work for them. Otherwise trillions required to keep producing mediocrity.
I second this.
It would be my honor to be part of a revamping of pub ed back to an institution that grows the minds of children as critical and creative thinkers. Return it to an institution where parents are a part and happy to send their precious children to. Finally, help it become a place where going above and beyond is once again prized.
Local control is key.
Yup. Only takes one school to get the ball rolling. Starting at the top rarely helps

Yes! And NEVER again, mandatory masks. Bring back common sense.
100% smartcookie.... & I read quite a bit of solid research to support (no sauce, sorry... no longer have access to these journals & articles)
Specifically manual arts, i.e. shop class.
Yes. I agree.

You are right! So much useful subjects were taught when I was growing up.

Nuke education. Specially humanities colleges. That stuff is a money sink and actually leaves you dumber. Pour money on STEM, industry and start-ups
Post HS - apprenticeships, mentoring, and screw your 4 year indoctrination camps.
Speaking from a 40,000ft overview:

A wide-open southern border isn't a threat?
Terrible border policies were mentioned under the morale of the people.
Moreover, it'd take us until 2022 to list off all the threats to the US present from the Dems right now.
You are correct! Many other countries have collapsed into utter chaos under the implementation of these early phases of the globalist agenda.

Yes, they’ve done through this plandemic is disgusting!
I'm excited for this.
All of it. It's all corrupted.
I like the idea of starting from the ground up. If the agency isn't mentioned in the Constitution then it's going to need to work really hard to justify its existence.
Well said.
Obviously Dept. of Ed needs to be stripped down to a bare minimum; only overseeing some minimal nationwide standards. My opinion what will happen next:
I wonder if we will hear anything more about watermarks.

I enjoyed hearing your arts perspective. As an engineer I love art history but know so little. I don’t want the arts to go away either.
Look up those movements and tell me they weren’t designed to erode away classic techniques and beauty. There is so much more that has destroyed art. Follow the trends of war and revolution. SEC needs to be beefed up somehow. Like, staff it with celibate men sworn to poverty or something so they can't be threatened, blackmailed, or bribed.
Thank you for the sticky Mods. "Thy Mod and thy staff, they comfort me" - Book of Pepe
Abolish the Department of Education.

Ask the CIA. They have thoroughly tested what breaks down first with every revolution they have sponsored.
