I cannot understate the importance of "being the calm in the storm."
As many of you have already seen, friends, and family members are undoubtedly taking all of this very hard. For many of these people, there is no hope. They are still so deeply asleep in the Matrix that all they feel on a daily basis is depression, distress, anxiety, and panic over the constant bombardment of fear and happenings across the world.
These individuals, now more than ever, need our help. Even an action as simple as exerting outward calmness when with these people can go a long ways. Panic feeds into itself in a vacuum. Even one sane and grounded presence in a room can make all the difference.
Known as the Heart Breath, breathe in slowly through your nose to a count of 5, then slowly breathe out through your mouth for a count of 5 (times can be adjusted). the calm of this counters anxieties and fear.
Lots of friends feel like they can come to me with questions they can’t ask anyone else. A lot of it is things that can easily be researched, so I don’t mind. But even 5 minutes of research goes a long way, and it shows how much people just don’t bother to go and find information.
I mention GAW and invite them to check it out, since it is the source of my news and inspiration, most times, I get "Well, I hope you are right" back. It is hard to even show many. TBS, they will know who to come to for answers whilst the world melts down.
“There is only one way to happiness and that is to cease worrying about things which are beyond the power of our will.” — Epictetus
“Does what’s happened keep you from acting with justice, generosity, self-control, sanity, prudence, honesty, humility, straightforwardness, and all other qualities that allow a person’s nature to fulfill itself? So remember this principle when something threatens to cause you pain: the thing itself was no misfortune at all; to endure it and prevail is great good fortune.” — Marcus Aurelius.
"Men are disturbed not by things, but by the view which they take of them. Death, for instance, is not terrible, else it would have appeared so to Socrates. But the terror consists in our notion of death that it is terrible. When therefore we are hindered, or disturbed, or grieved, let us never attribute it to others, but to ourselves; that is, to our own principles." - Epictetus
"Man is affected not by events but by the view he takes of them." - Seneca
"It is the power of the mind to be unconquerable." - Seneca
"Ask, ‘Why is this so unbearable? Why can’t I endure it?’ You’ll be embarrassed to answer." Marcus Aurelius
Stoicism has helped me out immensely. Just thought I'd share some of my favorite quotes from the great philophers.
This pic reminds me of something I've been meaning to mention on here for a while.
I have no doubt that many of you are wisely stocking up on non-perishable food and water in case of trouble. But don't forget to stock up on food for your 4 legged family members as well.
Ahh thank you for remembering our loved ones ,, I recently lost my boy , hit really friggin hard , I say this because just today I saw the plastic bin full of bags of food that I stocked up on after Jan 6 and I thought the same thing ,, I need to give it away ,, better not to see it , but great to hear about the reminder for all the buddies that stand beside us
Yes, I actually rescue myself have placed many dogs , I’ll give this food awat because it’s to personal , and I’ll buy different food when a blessing crosses my path and needs food and shelter ..thank you , yes it’s tough !
My wife and I have always had dogs since we bought our first house 25 years ago and we've been fortunate enough to have every dog live at least 11 years. But I lost a GSD a few years back that I will never get over losing no matter how long I live.
They're all special, but some are really, really special. He was my boy. I'll never get over him not being here.
I wish you the very best and I truly believe that we'll see our boys again.
Totally get what you said ..it was as if I wrote ..while trying to explain most people say they all hurt when loosing ..No , I’ve lost several and yes it’s excruciating, however my boy Mattie was different , I’ll never be able to explain , perhaps because he loved me more than I loved him if that is possible ..I’ll actually never get bother as I’ve had many but this Laos was to much to bare. I’ll always rescue a dog in need find good homes for etc but as far as keep f..never it was to much and my heart is still so broke ..thank you for getting it , most don’t understand !
I'm so sorry, NSB. I had a hunch this was one of those situations. They give us everything they've got, every bit of love in their little bodies every single day. And then we're given the awful responsibility of deciding when they leave us.
There is an innocence and purity to them that in some ways makes their loss more tragic than that of a fellow human.
I'm so sorry, NSB. If you ever need to vent or a virtual shoulder to cry on, don't hesitate to send me a PM.
Thank you so much , yes just writing this I need to shake my eyes so to speak to keep them from welling up ..I was pretty gutted for awhile, it’s been a couple months so the waves of horrifying sadness aren’t as constant as they were , but still very fresh. It was agonizing , he got ill , long story , and within in weeks , my precious boy who took mountain hikes with me everyday could barely make it around the block. I had the dr come here ..anyway yes I totally feel the same way as far as more tragic! Way more tragic! I loved him so much ..I’ll end there as I honestly can no longer see what I’m writing ) thank you so much
That might be true for the working-class or middle class liberals, but not for the real center of liberal power, which is the top 10% of the population with Princeton degrees and six figure salaries. Those people couldn't care less what happens to the bottom 90% of America. They aren't affected by CRT; in fact, they just use it to pat themselves on the back as 'saviors'. They just keep absorbing that sweet, sweet CNN propaganda like sunflowers at noon. Source: I live with them.
The worst part is that the top 10% benefits from the inflation... the value of their assets (stock shares & real estate) continues to go up. The working class's pain is literally their gain.
Something has to change, like a stock market collapse, which will destroy the wealth of the upper class. In addition to all the other red pills (I expect Afghanistan crisis after Afghanistan crisis to keep happening), it could finally provide the rude awakening they need.
We have a hell of a lot of awakening left before 11.3 or the climax of the storm can start. This may take years.
35 That day when evening came, he said to his disciples, “Let us go over to the other side.” 36 Leaving the crowd behind, they took him along, just as he was, in the boat. There were also other boats with him. 37 A furious squall came up, and the waves broke over the boat, so that it was nearly swamped. 38 Jesus was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion. The disciples woke him and said to him, “Teacher, don’t you care if we drown?”
39 He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Quiet! Be still!” Then the wind died down and it was completely calm.
40 He said to his disciples, “Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?”
41 They were terrified and asked each other, “Who is this? Even the wind and the waves obey him!”

Thanks OP. Its difficult to deal with individuals who know this is the playbook yet go back to doing the activities they did before the Scamdemic. Then are critical of how the plan is unfolding.
Vigilance is something more than what I was taught as a kid.

The best advice I got towards avoiding a “bad trip” / “panic attack” is to bring your attention to your breath.
Everything else is noise that causes a bad feedback loop.
Clarity will come to you in less than a minute.

Yes. I have had people ask How did you know this last WEEK? I point them here but they haven't clicked the link. It's so weird
Feel the same way
We are currently in the eye of the storm.

This is good advice, and not something most people would think to do.
Cat food is very difficult to come by in my area. I load up whenever I can.
Yes Fren. Thanks for the reminder. Pet meds also if necessary.

I'm sorry for your loss. I lost a 4 legged friend this year, too. Maybe you can donate the food to an animal shelter or rescue?

I need to work on this…
We have to be realistic about these things.
We're not all going to make it.
It is a war. Lots of civilians are dying from the deadly jab. 1 out of every 19,000 people at the very minimum.
However, I think we will win, and it is worth fighting for.
If we don't fight, then almost all of us are dead.
That is why I am here as a digital soldier, sharing information, trying to wake up normies.
Don telling know bodies...I steel-ded it!!!!! 🐸
So wholesome. 🥰
