It would be nice if one of the Fake media people would call her out just like this on TV. Quote her stupid remark, then recite the 10th Amendment, and at the end, tell her she is flat out incorrect! The latter of which can be broken down into cover the field preemption, conflict preemption, and obstacle preemption. Don't understand any of that? That's because you likely haven't read any of the jurisprudence.
As Q researchers, we should actually know what we are talking about before making shitty memes. Federal law DOES preempt state law. But of course, it can be complicated. So the idea of a "but muh 10th amendment" as some kind of trump card is so nonsensical.

Unfortunately, it is true BECAUSE most of America has no idea what our Constitution says. Actually, I should say that it MIGHT AS WELL be true. I am thrilled to see people speaking more and more about our founding documents. Those documents are LAW and we, the people are above that law because we created it. We need to take back our "teeth" that we used to use to control our public servants.
