I’m already seeing the affects in WA state as a whole. Driving down I-5 yesterday, 2 cars chasing each other. Passing people on the shoulder. Crazy driving over 100 mph. No police in sight for hours. I used to see WSP all over, now I rarely see them. But to be fair, my husband had one following him down the freeway, after work. So do they only come out when working folks are driving home? Something to think about.
