Been telling people this since March 2020.
Unfortunately people are stupid and do as they're told instead of researching what their rights are and flexing them.
Yup, and it seems the most vocal are the most ignorant. Was in a store with a family member who couldn't wear a mask due to breathing issues. Store owner comes over to us and insists she put on a mask because it's a law. I told him it was not a law, but a mandate by our fascist governor. He kept insisting it was against the law to be unmasked. I told him to look up law vs. mandate and he asked us to leave. Small business which I used to patronize because I like our town to have small, independent businesses, but haven't been back there since.
Removing our business is absolutely the best weapon we have against tyrannical business owners. I have notified several locals that I will not be back. I'm sure they thought that I meant until the mask "mandates" go away, but I didn't. I'm gone for good. May they sink slowly into bankruptcy. I and my family will patronize patriots only.
I was conflicted on this. Local business going under only makes more room for big corp businesses to move in (see, Great Reset).
I've decided to live and let live and just withhold business until mandates are done. Better to give business back to an ignorant local than to an evil corporation.
No it doesn't make room for big Corp.
EVen after mandates keep boycotting the MANDATORS. Run them out of business to starve like they suggested for us. We have to destroy any libral own establishment so a patriot lying in wait can buy it out and we gain ground. We already have strategy in place to prevent big Corp. NEVER support your libral associates again ever. We now know what they will do if they ever have money or authority of their own. We will take it from them and build our businesses upon the rubble.
This is war after all.
I'm not talking about commie business. I'm talking about normies who after two year's worth of threats from our tyrant governor are complying because they want their business to survive, or because they just haven't haven't become aware that this is all a scam.
Just because someone hasn't taken the red pill doesn't mean they're a commie or even a liberal. I see where you're coming from and can't critique your stance. As someone who lives in a blue state, I feel it's valuable to keep connections in the local community and not burn bridges with my neighbors who are still under as spell of TPTB. Remember... they want us divided.
p.s. Some of my neighbors are really commies. After a while in a place like this, you get to tell the difference between a real commie and normie.
p.p.s. We have to remember where we came from. I don't know your story personally, but most of us haven't been red-pilled forever. For me I would have described myself as leaning conservative but didn't realize how rigged and fake everything is until the fraudulent election. I imagine many of us were the same way, that we were still normie-pilled up until some point in the last 5 years.
Stupid business owners who voluntarily close their businesses, demand face diapers are not worth my patronage. Their failures can make room for patriotic businesses to fill needs. THOSE are who we need to support. Most of the businesses in my shit-town are the leftist / marxists. They can die for all I care.
I literally have not worn a mask since the beginning. And honestly I haven't had too many instances where it got me into trouble either. But Monday I'm getting on a flight and everyone I know is looking at me like I have 2 heads, they just can't believe I'm going somewhere that will make me wear a mask.
What 'cha gonna do?
Exactly never return to that business. Sorry doesn't cut it. They can't handle the responsibility of wealth and owning something. Let them starve. We need the land and extra resources.
I did not think the majority of Americans were complete idiots. Then I saw how many carelessly took the COVID vaccine because of pressure tactics. I guess I was wrong.
Policy is also not a law. I once had a county property tax office explain to me that there was a law that mandated no agricultural exemptions if less than 20 acres. This would have cost me thousands in extra taxes each year. They said they could show me said law in person because I did not believe them. I drive 45 minutes and there was no law. They didn't even try to find a law. They changed and said it was a policy. I got my Ag Exemption. I feel sorry for all of the people who did not question and argue.
Property and income taxes are totally unconstitutional. Anyone who is involved in stealing these funds from Americans are, at the very least, ignorant. More than that, they have taken an oath of office to obey the Constitution. Are they obeying it? Hell NO. Is ignorance of some law no excuse for YOU? It isn't for them either. They took an oath. If they cannot do their jobs, they should be recalled, indicted even, all of them. Get enough people who KNOW these things and we have a real game changer.
Even if it was A law they can still fuck right off.
this. it would be unconstitutional and therefore not a law.
Yeah, who gives a fuck? Many illegal things are just gangster cabal strong arming. Randy Marsh is right when he says we should have locally grown cocaine available to people sold at the Farmer's Market or wherever.
Recommendation - Not a law!!
In accordance with CDC Recommendations we require our customers to wear a mask.
Not a law!
Even your personal physician has no authority other than to recommend an action for you that involves your health. A face mask and a Covid test are medical interventions and are illegal to be required by anyone. Of course the same goes for the shots.
EXACTLY!
Yes but do we really want to tell individuals or private businesses the terms they can require? There’s individual freedom at risk here because if there’s a private company that wants to enforce mask mandates but the public uses laws to force them to practice how the public wants, what’s to stop democrats from saying now the public is requiring companies to deliver these services, in these ways. Now you can’t fire a drug addict no matter how much he misses work. You are required to hire this person now and you have no choice in how you want to run your business. Your business is now controlled by the public.
?
This doesn’t sit well with me.
I don't want to dictate a private business' requirements. If a business wants everyone inside to be masked, they can say so. If a private business only wants to cater to whites, blacks, or members of a religion, sure. If a private business says all women who enter have to wear diapers, I don't really care.
.
But this is dependent on government staying out of it. If businesses require something pushed by any government entity that isn't a law, there is a problem. This isn't the only case-often stores have "no guns allowed" signs because they're renting from city-run plazas that require it for insurance or other government-pushed reasons, making carrying a firearm effectively illegal without making it directly illegal.
.
Government shouldn't direct businesses. If businesses conflict with our rights because government's hands are in the cookie jar, businesses ethically lose some of that protection. It is only when businesses independently conflict with our rights that "love and let live" can apply. Furthermore, it may possibly be a case to make that rather than using businesses as proxies to push mandates, government may have a role in reigning businesses if they collectively restrict a right.
.
For instance, if having a firearm anywhere is impossible because it is perfectly legal, yet almost universally unallowed by individual businesses, it may be a discussion that government-rather than engineering this scenario-has a role in doing g the opposite and breaking it up. But that there is only an idea, not something I necessarily think is right.
Right is right, wrong is wrong. The public is requiring companies to deliver WHAT services? Any business thrives or dies according to how well it meets the needs and desires of the public who buy their wares.
You are conflating government interference with satisfying public needs and / or wants. You might want to rethink your comments.
I’m happy to rethink or debate things. I’m not always right in fact I get in trouble a lot for not towing the narrative. I like being able to ask questions.
I respect your right to ask questions and I love it when an actual conversation takes place.
What about the voluntary income tax?
Even if these were laws, there would be no enough police to enforce. We are not Australia. Sorry Aussiez y'all are pretty deep in shits right now.
Cops would be foaming at the mouth to crush skulls for a $500 bonus.
I keep telling my spouse “what are the “masks required” signs gonna do? Chase me around the store??” Just ignore and keep walking.
Sometimes they do. I've experienced it
LOL!
Rules cannot violate law. If you want to push back, tell OSHA that they will need to provide the exact law from the Constitution, the State Constitution, the Federal Civil Rights Act, and have all applicable laws highlighted by their attorneys.
Oregon Court of Appeals ruled that the rules were moot. https://northwestobserver.com/index.php?ArticleId=1749&fbclid=IwAR29zwcAR1Fi_eYheJFs6l3aXp6C7gxhDRrEtmxcKOUt_mYjhg-Ugwpw848

Encouraged, guidance, strongly recommended= not a law
in australia we are learning that we are under no laws but Gods and under the laws of man by our consent only. (neale vs cruden 1796) all legislation in australia applies to citizens rates payers drivers people residents etc etc. ie. the public realm. so we establish agreement with our accuser/tax collector/police etc etc that we are a man/woman ie. a creation of God. ie the private realm. we then ask what authority they are acting under. they answer this act/law/directive whatever. (second witness) we then ask how does that act/law etc apply to a man/woman? game over. all acts/laws/directives etc apply to citizens rates payers drivers people residents etc etc. i notice a lot of US patriots think of themselves as citizens not as men/women. that would taken as agreement to contract by your accusers. eg. see anna von reitz
Mandates, Requirements, Orders, Ordinances, Decrees, Regulations, Statutes...............ALL apply to public servants and corporations, not to we, the people.
You can add statute, code, act, executive order etc. to the list. All of these only apply to "federal employees and dependents". Which, unfortunately, a majority of Americans have unwittingly been wrangled into by agreeing they are a "U.S. Citizen", "US CITIZEN", "Citizen of the United States" on various legal documents, all of which define your political status as a "Federal employee".
Those who have corrected their political status are known as "American State Nationals/Citizens" as originally defined in 1779.
The "Federal Government" is a private, for-profit, foreign services corporation, as clearly laid out in the Constitution. Said corporation's role was to exclusively provide the specific enumerated "services" to the "Union of States", which each of us are citizens of.
Hosea 4:6 - “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.”
The people who hid Anne Frank and her family were breaking the law.
Laws are not necessarily moral signposts.
Bad news about that story
UNJUST LAW 👉🏼 NOT A LAW, per SAINT THOMAS AQUINAS
