I personally dont believe a lot of folks have been replaced, but I do believe Biden has been and I have 3 reasons for that.
He looks obviously different. Whenever I see a picture of Biden I immediately go "He is the new Biden" or "He is the old Biden". That by itself would not be enough to sway me, still.
Trump hinted that "he had been shot" and a trolled a lot more - all indicative that Biden had been replaced.
If we are in Devolution, there is no way they would allow a real criminal to have the reins. The post of "president" must be held by someone completely under White Hat control. I cannot imagine real Biden being given that small chance to upset the apple cart.
Now, let me try and answer your questions:
There are two broad reasons. First is for White Hats to replace someone with a double, so they can use that person to entrap others higher up.
Second, if someone was taken out without being made public because that person did not co-operate, or they are just too dangerous to be allowed alive, then the Black Hats could easily fill in that void and maintain the illusion of that person being alive, so they could try and capitalise this person's identity. Remembers, black hats are always competing against each other all the time, within some hard boundaries.
At the very least - not a whole lot. A good handler and some way to track them (chipped perhaps) and good motivation to ensure they follow the orders (either they are proven white hats themselves, or the double has kompromat)
A lot of times the family knows, but they go along with it since they themselves have been compromised, or they want to make the best of the situation such as keeping their social positions, social illusions etc for as long as possible.
Sometimes its possible [they] knew it was a replacement and they end up replacing the replacement, and the WHs handle that situation just like they would handle a normal black hat.

Matilda is Australian, and she was referring to the "Liberal Party" - the party in Australia that has traditionally represented the right side of politics. Like the American Republicans. Aka 'conservative, asserting more individual rights, small government, etc'
Founded in the 1950's, the Australian Liberal Party took the name because at this time it represented a meaning in the original sense of 'liberal', that is, libertarian, non-govt focused, but individual and people focused.
Over the last 2 years, many Australians have come to the realization that both the Left and the Right are corrupt as nothing. Her whole life, Matilda voted the conservative party, but no more. It's just like Americans waking up to the whole RINO situation.

I've been following A1 and Bosi last 3 months.
Last two months it was "just get through christmas and we'll be right. January will look a lot better". I noticed in one of the last Q&As it was pushed forward. (again).

More importantly, while Americans naturally can unite around a single leader, like Washington, like Lincoln, Trump, etc, Aussies are far more egalitarian. While we have individuals who certainly 'lead' they way, its different. We don't do idol worship or 'father of the nation' level of attention like the Americans.
For example, there is really no Australian individual who garners the same level of adoration as Washington or Lincoln. The best we really come up with is the likes of Kelly. The rebel. The larrikin. The underdog fighting against crummy authorities who have done wrong.
If anything, I'd say Bosi is our modern day Peter Lalor.
When we win, we'll win as a collective. We'll appreciate those who point the way, and stand up, but its different from the US experience.

I think you are wise. Both QDrop 34 & 35 indicate when this thing goes down, you will not want to be on the streets looking for food, meds etc. And while most Americans on this board have guns, I’ve heard it said that while the Military are rounding up the criminals- they have said repeatedly that the Military needs to do their jobs and that means no well meaning civilian stepping forward with a gun in their hand offering to help. Your family needs you at home with them and not languishing in some Military lock-up while they figure out that you are friend, not foe. Remember how the word got around NOT to turn up on some date recently but the FBI soy boys turned up in their civvie uniforms on and Patriots knew immediately why they were there! That time. It’s up to the wives too to prepare your family, especially the children with board games, books etc. Your local thrift shop has excellent games to keep little ones occupied. It will be the teens that families will find the hardest to amuse. They have lived their lives on their iPhones. There may not be power also. Keeping them home and safe will be a challenge for many families. I’m sure the prepping forums will give some great advice regarding this.
