I never got banned. I figured out how to manipulate text and image text to avoid AI detection.
I was permanently banned. But I had 3000 friends and had been very active in "parents of vaccine injured kids" groups since I joined in 2009. They deleted me in Aug 2020. My business page and instagram were axed too (realtor biz page). Life has been better without it as my mom was sick and it helped stay focused on her care until she passed a few months ago. I'm glad I didn't have that distraction.

Facebook, YT, Twitter, etc have been taken over by White Hats. It's a slow process, so stiller expect to see some bullshite, but, for the most part, they've all been brought to heel.

I deleted my FB account a few months back, but when I was still posting spicy memes on there, I would take a picture of the meme on my computer screen and post that. Their algorithm tended to not pick up on known memes. Some would still get flagged, but I assume that was caused by some cuck on my friends list reporting my post.
They keep extending my 90 Restriction every time they happen to find another post they don't like. Almost feel like there are still isolated contract fact checkers out there working on their own disconnected from the rest of the Matrix.
There has been points where I see the MSM doing the opposite of what they do, I think: have they been taken-over by white hats? Then they go back to lying.
Could also be another manipulation algorithm test. They really like the idea they can manipulate you by adjusting the content you see.

Well they just banned me for 3 days for posting that the PCR test has been claimed by the CDC that it doesn't work. So NOTHING has changed in my eyes
They're coming down on me hard for completely innocuous bullcrap though. We should start a thread where we post screenshots of the reasons we've been FB jailed and restricted. They are crazy ridiculous. Instead of claiming disinfo, they use anything else to crack down even if it's nothing.
I've had warnings, and almost always the little "fact check" notices, but I've never been banned. Perhaps it is because I only have ~80 FB "friends", and they feel things I post won't reach many people. I have never understood people who accept friend requests from complete strangers, just so they can have hundreds of FB "friends".

I just looked at FB, and I don't see a single ad for anything at all. All I see are posts from my chosen friends, the ones who are on our side.
Check your settings, and every time you see an ad for anything, block it. Even flag it as objectionable.
Once I got an ad for one of those vegetable "meat" products, and I objected. I checked the box for "Spam." :) That felt good. Now I don't get any ads at all.

I literally “unfollowed” everyone so if I have to log in I don’t see anything from anyone .
My settings were automatically changed so only I could see my postings. I thought I was quarantined on FB but a friend said check the settings. Once I changed the settings to "friends" then they could see my postings.
