When I read the headlines, media is slanting this to dull the outrage, so I'd agree that these charges were bullshit.. But this also means she can still be charged with the harsher crimes she committed.
One thing I find interesting and frustrating,... throughout the whole Epstein - Maxwell saga is that NO ONE talks about the little boys they trafficked too. They basically only mention teen girls and keep the focus on that., when in reality there was little children trafficked, including boys. The media slants all the headlines to make it seem like this was happening with 16 or 17 year old girls only and that it was grooming and sexual assault... When in reality it is child sex trafficking, from babies up to 17 year olds... If people knew the TRUTH they would be horrified.

I have to admit, when I heard Comey’s daughter was part of the prosecutorial team, the suppression of names, I too thought Maxwell would either: 1) get off on a technicality, 2) there would be a mistrial. You have to admit, the justice system these days does not have a favorable reputation these days: from release of felons (so they don’t contract Covid), to finding against police officers when clearly the accused are scum, to Governors not being prosecuted for nursing home deaths and/or sexual assault, also for lack of bail and speedy trial for the 1/6/21 patriots, to the SC refusing to take up cases of election fraud. So please don’t call us Doomer when there is plenty of evidence of justice not being served. I still and always will support DJT because he is the first President to keep his promises, I believe there is a lot of behind the scenes work being done, and what happened for decades and maybe centuries can not easily be legally unraveled in the blink of an eye. It is frustrating to always have hints dropped and nothing big comes to light, but maybe it is because we are looking through narrow view glasses and we want and need something major to smack us head on!
