Not necessarily. Anyone following the proceedings between Rand Paul and Fauci can tell that he is squirming like the rat he is. Whether the e-mail was satire has yet to be determined. That information would certainly require insider knowledge to verify or refute. Seeing as the very topic of COVID being a bioterror weapon is taboo in the media at the moment, I don't think we are likely to get a definitive and truthful answer one way or the other until the curtains fall and Q lays the cards on the table.
